OUR LAB INSTRUMENTS

• iCAP 6300 ICP Emission Spectrometer The most powerful and accepted instrument for the analysis and quantification of trace elements in both solid and liquid samples. Its application ranges from petrochemical industry, routine environmental analysis, food industry, metals and chemicals industry, clinical research to semiconductor industry.

• Advanced Gas Chromatography System

The instrument is designed to deliver results with the highest degree of accuracy. It has a separation mechanism involved during the analysis permits sample introduction at low split ratios, substantially increasing the sensitivity of the system. This instrument is extremely well suited for analysis of compounds at trace levels. Application ranges from Petrochemicals, Environmental, Flavor and Fragrance industry.

• Hach DR 3900 Spectrophotometer

Capable of 35 tests including EPA Approved parameters: Ammonia, COD, Chlorine, Chromium, Iron, Nitrate, Nitrite, Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Sulfate. It is equipped with RFID technology that automatically updates the program calibration factors.

• PAMAS S40 System Particle Counter

Equipped with volumetric cell design of PAMAS sensors that guarantees the highest accuracy, resolution and best statistical information. Generates result according to ISO 4406:1999, SAE AS 4059D, ISO 4406:1987, NAS 1638, GJB 420A, GOST 17216.

• Automated Atmospheric Distillation Apparatus

Conforming to standards: ISO 3405, ASTM D86, IP 123 for petroleum products (groups 1, 2, 3, 4), ASTM D850 for industrial aromatic hydrocarbons, ASTM D1078 for volatile organic liquid. Automatically performs distillation test and is equipped with an advanced fire containment system.

• Automated Pensky Martens Flash Point Tester

Conforms to Standard Test Method : ISO 2719, ASTM D93, IP34. The instrument is designed after 45 years of delivering automated flash point tester to the Petroleum Industry.

• Salt in Crude Analyzer – SICA Desktop Meter

Conforms to ASTM D3230 – IP 265 Standards.Designed for Chloride (salts) concentration range of 0 to 500 mg/Kg or 0 to 150 lb/1000 bbl as chloride concentration/volume of crude oil.

Areas of application include: Petrochemical, Chemicals, Food/Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, Agriculture, Power (electricity), Universities and Contract Laboratories. Conforms to ASTM D1533, D4928, D6004, IP386, IP438, API MPMS Chapter 10.9, IEC 60814, ISO 10101-3, 10337 and 12937.

• Aquamax TAN Analyzer The titrator conforms to ASTM D664 for the determination of acidic constituents in petroleum products, lubricant and transformer insulating oils.

• Anton Paar DMA 4500 Densitometer

Known for accuracy, durability and reliability associated with legendary density meter. Measures density, temperature, specific gravity and % concentration. Applications include Petrochemicals, Softdrinks/Fruit juices, Chemical, Breweries, Pharmaceutical Industry and Quality Control.

• InfraCal TOG/TPH Analyzer

The instrument is designed to measure solvent extractable material (hydrocarbons or oil and grease) by Infrared determination in water and wastewater or soil. It is designed for use with EPA Methods 413.2 and 418.1.

• Metrohm Automatic Titrator

Dispensing Unit for manual titration and dosing applications.

• BOD Trak II Apparatus

The BODTrak II is a re-engineered version of the original HachBODTrak. Improvements to the old system include greaseless bottle seals, improved stirring and temperature control, a smaller footprint and improved procedures with expanded options.

• 2100AN IS Laboratory Turbidimeter

Hach 2100 Series Laboratory Turbidimeters are engineered to provide superior accuracy and sensitivity in any application. The 2100AN is equipped with a stable halogen-filled tungsten filament lamp to meet the reporting requirements of EPA Method 180.1.
