The Nucleus Token (NCL) is a cryptocurrency or digital asset used as a medium of

exchange to conduct transactions within the Bitcoin Growth Bot (BGB) ecosystem. NCL

will be the only means to fund the BGB bot. It will also be the sole asset for staking or

transferring funds between users of the BGB platform. All of its functions will create an

ever-increasing internal demand for NCL, which will have a limited and healthy

circulating supply.

NCL is a Custom Application Token, or CAT for short, a digital token which is

cryptographically secured by the Waves open-source blockchain platform. 2

o To begin an investment, you have to send NCL tokens, in equivalent value of the amount you wish to invest, to the Bitcoin Growth Bot Fund Management Program. NCL tokens sent by you get converted to BTC, and sent to the investment platform. An investment term is a period of 28 days in which your funds are locked. The investment term starts the day after initiated, lasts for 28 days, and funds are repaid the day after maturity. On maturity, total fund value (principal +/- growth) is paid back, in BTC, to the wallet that initiated the term.

Risk Mitigation & Fund Protection

o Investment risk is always real, since sustainable returns can never be guaranteed, otherwise it wouldn’t be a true investment. The best that can be done to mitigate the investor’s risk is allowing automatic term renewals until a 7% targeted growth is achieved, and also providing the investor an unconditional early-exit option. In summation, investors are not locked-in for the 28 day period, and can exit early, in case they feel that their investment has reached a maximum risk threshold.

Early Exit

o In the event of an early exit the following is applicable:

o (A) If the fund investment value is in the positive and the investor opts to exit early (within the 28 days term), the investor will be paid back in NCL (calculated as per the

o market price at the time of exit or the market price at the time of investment, whichever is higher), equivalent to their initial investment value.

o To illustrate: if the initial invested value of NCL is $1000 USD, and the investor opts to exit early, the investor will be paid back in NCL (calculated as per the

o To illustrate, if the initial invested value of NCL is $1000 USD and the fund has a negative growth of -3% at the time of early exit, the investor will be paid back in NCL (calculated as per the market price at the time of exit or the market price at the time of investment, whichever is higher) in value equivalent to $1000 - $30 = $970.

Auto Renewal

In the event of below benchmark (7%) growth on maturity, the 28 day investment term automatically renews (without going through the 3 steps to purchase new NCL) until a 7% growth from the initial start day is achieved. To illustrate this: let's assume that the investor’s initial term began with NCL worth 1.0 BTC and after 28 days the fund growth is 5%. Though the investor has the option of exiting on maturity, the investment term is automatically renewed for another term of 28 days (without going through the 3 steps to purchase new NCL). The investment term continues from the day it began (28 days earlier), still at the initially invested amount of 1.0 BTC, for a new term of 28 days. And it will keep renewing until a total growth of 7% has been achieved. However, if the investor opts to exit on maturity, you will be paid back your full fund value (i.e 1.0 + 0.05 BTC = 1.05 BTC) in BTC.

The company has BTC in reserve, and will continue building that reserve . The NCL sent

to the Bot is sold in the market which generates the Bitcoin the Bot uses to trade. The

company’s business model also accounts for the accumulation of NCL used in our Fund

Management Program. A certain amount of tokens have to be sold to send funds to

the Bot, as mentioned above. Others are held. Others are sold for marketing and

growth resources.
