CampFireBirthdayCelebrationisafunfamily event for all ages. Participantsstroll around camp and enjoy activitiesin a loosely scheduled and relaxedenvironment. If not with an adult, youthmust be in groups of no less than five.Parents/Leaders need to create a planBEFOREarrivingonhowtoknowwheretheiryouthareatall timesandhowtofind themeasily.It’shighlyencouragedtohaveoneadultfor each small group of elementary-age youth.Allactivitiesarefacilitatedbyadultvolunteersandmostareappropriateforallageswithassistancefromanadult.Theexceptionsarearchery(Kindergartenandabove)andBBGuns(3rdgradeandabove.)

Activitieswillbefacilitatedoutdoorsexceptinextremeinclementweather-pleasedressappropriately.

NationalArtCompetition:The2012NationalArtCompetitionmediumisfiberarts. ChecktheClubProgramBookforrequirementstoearnthisemblem,entryrequirementsandanentryform.AllitemsmustbecheckedinattheMainLodgepriorto2:00pmtobeincludedinjudging.

Snacks:Allparticipantswillreceiveonecupcakeandonebagofpopcornfreeofcharge.Watercoolersandspigotswillbeavailableatmultiplelocationsaroundcamp.Additionalsnackswillbeavailableforlessthan$1.LunchwillNOTbeprovided.Participantsareencouragedtobringtheirownwaterbottle/cupaswellasadditionalsnacksorsacklunch,ifdesired.

CakeDecoratingContest:Youthwillregisterforthiscontestingroupsofnomorethan3individuals.Groupswillbeprovidedone9”roundcake,butmustprovidetheirowndecoratingitems.CakeswillNOTbeeaten,sobecreative! GroupsMUSTsubmit the formon reverseside tobeguaranteedrequestednumberofcakes.
