 TEACHERS’ DAY CELEBRATION IN

COLLEGE Every year, 5

th September is observed in our college as

Teachers’ Day. For this year also, it was no exception.

Many students from 1st, 2

nd, 3

rd and 4

th year attended the

auspicious day and made it a memorable event for all. The

event started with the invitation of all teachers in 2nd

year

classroom and addressing them one by one. Our seniors

had bought one cake for them and the respected teachers

cut the cake to initiate the day. BME HOD Dr. Samir Kr.

Ghosh delivered his valuable speech about the importance

of 5th

September.

Teachers talked about student-teacher bonding and how we

should pay our gratitude for them. Then students requested

their teachers to do some activities of their choice. Dr.

Sukumar Roy Sir sang a beautiful song. Then other

teachers also spoke some words about the day. Students

enjoyed a lot and learnt many valuable ethics and morals

from them. It was a beautiful day spent with everyone.
