Bio: Heather Saffer is the founder and CEO of Dollop Gourmet; a better-for-you sweet snacks company that produces vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO sweet snacks and frostings. Te Dollop Gourmet line of frosting is currently sold in hundreds of major retailers nationwide, such as Wegmans, HEB, Whole Foods, Fresh Tyme, and Hy-Vee.
Heather graduated from Brockport in 2010 with a degree in psychology, but got her
start as the founder of the nation’s frst create-your-own cupcake bakery in
upstate NY. Since then, Heather has proven her expertise by
winning Food Network’s Cupcake Wars, getting funded on ABC’s Shark Tank, and authoring her frst cookbook, an Amazon Bestseller, Te Dollop Book of Frosting
(Adams/F+W Media). Heather’s second cookbook,
Very Easy Vegan Desserts is set
to be released by Sterling
Publishing in Spring 2018.
