• A proposal is submitted via the official online submission system before

the call deadline and it is readable, accessible and printable

• The proposal is complete – accompanied by the relevant administrative

forms, proposal description and any supporting documents specified in

the call.

• The proposal includes a draft plan for the exploitation and

• Budget line

– Sometimes more than 1 topic in a budget line

– Call 2018: 5 budget lines (RIA, RIAs with additional

elgibility criteria, DEMOs, FLAGs, CSAs)

• Result:

– If you think you’re the only consortium able to submit a

proposal for topic A...

– ...it might be that your’re competing with other proposals

submitted under different topics in the same budget line

=> high-quality proposals are essential!
