BLIZZARD BINGO RULES1. This promotion is available at the following participating properties, Aliante,

Cannery, Gold Coast, Sam’s Town and Suncoast from January 1, 2020 – February 1, 2020 2. Participants must be at least 21 years old and a player club member. Player club

membership is free and available at the Players Club. 3. Participants may print a “Blizzard Bingo” voucher from any kiosk during the

promotional dates January 1 - 25, 2020. To receive your “Blizzard Bingo” card, present the kiosk voucher along with players card and valid ID at the bingo counter with your session buy-in. Blizzard Bingo cards are not transferable.

4. Players must print name and players card number on Blizzard Bingo card for it to be valid.5. Participants may play one (1) “Blizzard Bingo” card at a time at all participating

properties. Only one kiosk voucher per person per property will be available. 6. Each participating property will issue a “Blizzard Bingo” card with the redemption

of a kiosk voucher. “Blizzard Bingo” card is only valid at the issuing property.7. Using the “Blizzard Bingo” card during regular sessions with buy-in, participants will

create patterns and fill the card by collecting spaces from the Blizzard Bingo Board. Two (2) numbers will be drawn at each regular bingo session, these numbers relate to symbols from the Blizzard Bingo Board. The last draw will be February 1, 2020 the 1:00pm session at Suncoast, the 4:00pm session at Aliante and the 5:00pm sessions at Cannery, Gold Coast, and Sam’s Town.

8. Participants must have a minimum buy-in and be playing the session to receive an official stamp for the symbols logged at that session.

9. Blizzard Bingo will not be played during Special Games or Events.10. All participating properties will log the two (2) symbols drawn at every session

starting January 1 at 9:00am through February 1, 2020 at the 1:00pm session at Suncoast, the 4:00pm session at Aliante and the 5:00pm sessions at Cannery,

Gold Coast, and Sam’s Town. A bingo staff member must verify the chosen symbol from the Blizzard Bingo board.11. The first two (2) numbers drawn during the properties dual action game will be the

numbers chosen on the Blizzard Bingo Board. a. Game 6 at Aliante and Cannery b. Game 8 at Gold Coast and Suncoast c. Game 10 at Sam’s Town12. The symbol related to the first number drawn at each property’s designated game

will be the first logged symbol for that session. The Bingo agent will announce the symbol and log it. Once the second ball is drawn the Bingo agent will once again announce the symbol and log it. The agents will then go through the bingo room and officially stamp all blizzard bingo cards in play that session. Players must have their blizzard bingo card out along with their player’s card to receive

an official stamp. 13. The Blizzard bingo board has 75 spaces with at least one (1) of 24 different winter

symbols and five (5) player’s choice spaces.14. If the number drawn is on the Players Choice space, participants will choose any,

one (1) symbol they want the bingo staff to mark to help them achieve the specified patterns for prizes.15. Bingo patterns and prizes may vary at participating properties. 16. Prizes for Cannery, Gold Coast, Sam’s Town and Suncoast. • First pattern achieved = one (1) Blizzard Bingo free electronic pack voucher for

five (5) free blue packs and two (2) small rainbows. • Second pattern achieved = two (2) Blizzard Bingo free electronic pack

vouchers for five (5) free blue packs and two (2) small rainbows. • Third pattern achieved = three (3) Blizzard Bingo free electronic pack vouchers

for five (5) free blue packs and two (2) small rainbows. • Create the coverall by marking all 24 spaces on one card and receive five (5) Blizzard Bingo free electronic pack vouchers for five (5) free blue packs

and two (2) small rainbows. Once verified, drop your completed card into the drum for a chance to win your share of five (5) cash prizes in a drawing

on February 1, 2020 at 2:15pm at Suncoast and at 6:15pm Cannery, Gold Coast and Sam’s Town.17. Prizes for Aliante. • First pattern achieved = one (1) dauber • Second pattern achieved = one (1) logo hat • Third pattern achieved = one (1) logo t-shirt • Create the coverall by marking all 24 spaces on one (1) card and receive one (1)

free buffet. Once verified, drop your completed card into the drum for a chance to win your share of five (5) cash prizes in a drawing on February 1, 2020 at 5:15pm.18. There is no limit to the number of cards a participant may receive, however, only

one (1) “Blizzard Bingo” card may be used at a time. Once all 24 spaces are officially marked, participants must present their completed card to a bingo supervisor to be verified and entered into the drawing drum. The Supervisor will then issue a new “Blizzard Bingo” card to the participant.

19. Only verified completed coverall cards will be eligible to be dropped in the drum for the drawing on February 1st. If a card is drawn that is not a verified completed card, it will be disqualified, and a new card will be drawn.

20. Coverall card drawings will be held February 1, 2020 at 2:15pm at Suncoast, at 5:15pm at Aliante and at 6:15pm Cannery, Gold Coast and Sam’s Town Bingo rooms. Each property, Aliante, Cannery, Gold Coast, Sam’s Town and Suncoast,

will draw five (5) winners. a. There will be five (5) additional symbols drawn at the 1:00pm session at

Suncoast, the 4:00pm session at Aliante and the 5:00pm sessions at Cannery, Gold Coast, and Sam’s Town on February 1, 2020 before the close of the promotion drum. Participants must be playing the 1:00pm session at Suncoast, the 4:00pm session at Aliante and/or the 5:00pm sessions at Cannery,

Gold Coast and Sam’s Town with a minimum buy-in to receive these extra draw spaces. 21. After the five (5) cash winners are verified, each property, Aliante, Cannery, Gold Coast, Sam’s Town and Suncoast will have one (1) bonus draw for an entry into

the May 2020 Power Bingo event. Bonus winners at Aliante and Cannery will have the option of playing the Power Bingo event at either Gold Coast,

Sam’s Town or Suncoast.

22. Winners must be present at the time of the drawing and will have one (1) minute to claim their prize. If winner is not present, a new name will be drawn from the drum.

23. Participants may win only once per drawing. Duplicate names will be discarded, and new names will be called. No substitution or transfer of prize by winners permitted.

24. Winners must present a valid photo ID and their players card to receive their prize. 25. Management reserves all rights.26. Winners are responsible for any and all taxes and other fees. Winners with

cumulative winnings of $600 or more will receive a 1099 form.27. Boyd may disqualify any person for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty,

violation of promotional rules or other misconduct, whether or not related to this Promotion.28. Boyd reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine if a player is an

“advantage player,” and therefore ineligible to participate in the Promotion, or to have his/her ability to participate in the Promotion otherwise limited. Any such “advantage player” who is already a player club member prior to the commencement of the Promotion may be notified by Boyd prior to the commencement of the Promotion of any such ineligibility or limitation determination. Otherwise, any such “advantage player” will be notified by Boyd of any ineligibility or limitation determination as soon as possible after such determination is made. An “advantage player” is described as a skilled or knowledgeable player who will find legal ways to gain mathematical advantages while gambling.

29. Individuals who have entered any government agency self-exclusion program or have been otherwise excluded from casinos by a government agency or

Boyd Gaming or one of its affiliates are not eligible to participate.30. Anyone activating Promotion or Drawing entries for any account other than their

own may, at the discretion of Boyd, be excluded from the Promotion at issue or permanently excluded from all Boyd Promotions or Drawings. Further, the holder of the account containing Promotions that have been activated by a party other than the account holder may, at the discretion of Boyd, also be excluded from the Promotion at issue or permanently excluded from all Boyd Promotions or Drawings.

31. Boyd is not responsible for (a) electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in an inability to participate or other loss, (b) theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, (c) lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Boyd, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a participant’s ability to participate in the Promotion.

32. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Boyd which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Boyd reserves the right, in its sole discretion without notice,

to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion. 33. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or manipulate any program

or equipment to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Boyd reserves the right to seek recourse against any such person to the fullest extent

of the law.34. Entries will be retained for record-keeping purposes in accordance with company

policy and legal requirements.35. Any dispute or situation not covered by these rules shall be resolved by the

property’s management in a manner that is fair to all parties. Participants in this Promotion also hereby agree that all issues and questions concerning these Official Rules and the Promotion shall be governed by Nevada law without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. Disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Promotion or any prize awarded may be subject to the Dispute Resolution provisions of the Nevada Gaming Control Act and may be resolved pursuant to a regulatory decision set forth in NRS 463.361 et seq. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Promotion or any prize awarded that are not subject to the Dispute Resolution provisions of the Nevada Gaming Control Act and not resolved pursuant to a regulatory decision set forth in

NRS 463. 361 et seq., shall be: a. Resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and b. Filed only in the state or federal courts situated in Clark County, Nevada state, and each participant hereby consents and submits to the personal

jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such disputes, claims or causes of action; any and all claims, judgments and awards

shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for third parties, and each participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, exemplary, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

36. By participating in the Promotion, each winner gives Boyd Gaming permission to take photographs of each winner and use his or her name and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes for no compensation. As a condition of the redemption of any prize in this Promotion, each winner further agrees to execute an affidavit of eligibility, a publicity release and a liability release, in the form

provided by Boyd Gaming.37. Employees of Boyd Gaming and immediate family members who are permitted

to gamble are eligible for this Promotion. Employees of Boyd Gaming whose job functions restrict them from gaming at any Boyd Gaming property and its subsidiaries, affiliates, or parent companies are not eligible for this Promotion. Immediate Family is defined as: mother, father, spouse, children, sister, brother, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, step-parents, step-children, grandmother, grandfather, grandchildren, and any relative or other person

residing in the employee’s place of residence.
