This big book is designed to give children a visual aid as we introduce the characteristics of different types of leaves. Each tree species is unique, however children and adults for that matter can learn the simularities and differences amongst the leaves and then compare and contrast what they see in nature and internalize these features. In addition, we hope to foster an understanding of nature and build a lasting appreciation for the future.
