All project- and solicitation-related questions must be submitted via the Bidder’s Inquiry System, which can be accessed at www.projnet.org . Step 1: Place your mouse pointer directly over Bid (automatically drops down) and click on Bidder Inquiry.

Step 2: For item ‘a’, select USACE from the drop-down window. Enter the Bidder’s Inquiry Key in item ‘b’ (the Key is found in Section 00100, clause 52.0214-4581). Enter your email address in item ‘c’. Click Login. If you are a first-time user, you must complete the registration page (see Step 3); otherwise, you will continue at Step 4.
