Offer Terms:

My offer to purchase multiple blocks of Series A means that I am offering to purchase any number of blocks up to that amount (e.g., my offer to purchase 5 blocks of Series A means that I am offering to purchase 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 blocks for the same per bitcoin price stated above).

I have read the terms of this sale, and understand that if my offer is selected as the winning offer, then it is my responsibility to ensure that a wire transfer of the purchase funds is initiated from a bank located within the United States by 5:00 P.M. EDT on Tuesday, July 1, 2014. I understand that I must also provide the United States Marshals Service with a copy of the wire transmittal receipt by the same deadline.

I agree to pay all fees associated with the transfer of any bitcoins to my account.

Bitcoin Address:

If I am the winning bidder, I understand that I will be required to provide a bitcoin address to which the bitcoins will be transferred. I understand and accept that it is my responsibility to ensure the security of this address.  On behalf of myself, my heirs, principals, and assigns, I hereby hold harmless and release any and all claims, demands, rights, and causes of action of any kind, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, which I or they may hereafter acquire against the United States of America, its agencies, agents, officers, employees, or contractors, arising from, claimed on account of, or in any manner predicated upon the purchase of the bitcoins and the subsequent transfer of the bitcoins to the address I will provide. I understand that I will be required to certify that I own the address which I will provide.

Bitcoin:

I understand and accept that there are many risks inherent to my purchase of these bitcoins, including, but not limited to, the complete loss of my investment. I further understand and accept that Bitcoin has historically been subject to extreme price volatility and that the value of the bitcoins upon which I am bidding may change between the time of my bid and the time of my receipt of the bitcoins if I am the winning bidder.

Deposit:

I understand and acknowledge that my offer is irrevocable and will become a binding contract if I am selected as the winning bidder. I understand and agree that if I am selected as the winning bidder, and subsequently fail to close on the transaction within the time prescribed, through no fault of the USMS, I will irrevocably forfeit my $200,000 deposit to the USMS.

I hereby certify that I am not acting and will not act in concert with or on behalf of Ross William Ulbricht or the Silk Road in the purchase, transfer, or resale of the bitcoins. If I am bidding on behalf of a syndicate, I hereby certify that I have conducted sufficient due diligence to certify that no member of the syndicate is acting in concert with or on behalf of Ross William Ulbricht or the Silk Road in the purchase, transfer, or resale of the bitcoins.
