Apple bahut vayukarak hone tathaa mere asthama aur skin allergy men vaayu kaa bhee important kaaranh hone se abhee apples kam se kam khaanaa yaa naheen khaanaa.

Santara, Mausami, anar aadi kam mithaas vale fal shayad jyaadaa anukool hain.

Sambhavtaya gehun kee rote bhee allergy kartee ho? Is liye kuchh samay gehun kee rote ke saath jyaadaa se jyaadaa kadavee sabjeeyan jaise methi patti aur karelaa lenaa.

Tej meethe fal athawa gehun kee rotee ke bhojan ke pahale yaa baad men, sudarshan ghanvatee ( Kadavee dava) 2-3 tablet lenaa.

Mithaas vaalee cheeson kee allergy se bachane ke liye, Sprouted Moong, Chana, Bajaree kee rotee, bajaree kaa daliyaa try karnaa.

Kela, Pumpkin, dahee, amarood, Maide se banee sabhee cheesen, Bakery items jaise sabhee biscuits, Breads, cakes, paav bhaajee; sabhee talee cheesen; Mithaaiyan, Ice-Creams, Chocolates. Tinned and processed foods; Fermented foods like Idali, Dosa, Khaman aadi; Daalen.
