seriously, whether internal or external, imagined or real, and responds immediately.

The fact is, our physical body is totally linked with our internal emotional world. This means that when your body is tense you will feel fear or stress at the same time. This means the daily stresses are in your body just as much as in your head.

Most of us are under a certain exposure of stress all the time. Unfortunately we are already so conditioned to stress, that we do not even notice the stiffness or tension in parts of our body anymore. I am talking here about daily worries, fears about the future, traumas of the past, fear of losses, even humiliations and rejections. In many consultations with clients, I discovered that these stresses accumulate from painful or traumatic events from long ago which triggers or aggravates our current situation over time. On top of that, each time we cannot express negative emotions, small residue of tension is held in certain muscles until we can find some way to release it. Everybody has preferred areas in the body where tension is stored more than in others. These areas store often old fears and hurts, which are hard to release.

It is also known that these particular zones tend to run in families. Parents communicate certain habits to their children through verbal and non-verbal communication. In other words, if the parents focuses stress tension in the shoulder and neck area, at least one of the kids will do the same.

How Do We Find Inner Peace?Although human beings have always being exposed to various stresses that cause blockages and pain in the body, the challenges we are exposed in our postindustrial Western cultures has become excessive, epidemic and literarily deadly. Our external environment changed within less than 50 years dramatically, not giving us humans time to genetically adapt. The results are devastating resulting in epidemic high blood pressures, headaches, digestive disorders, arthritis, cancer, hear disease and respiratory disorders.

In chinese the effects of this ongoing physical and mental tension on a person is described as “the outside strong, the inside rots”. This is very true, because when we typically can’t resolve our problems, we internalize our negative emotions as tension and blockages. As a result the bodies life energy flow becomes weak and blocked, which results in pain and low immune system. This is the reason why most of our clients complain about low energies and pains throughout the body.

There are many ways to deal with these circumstances. Often people try to ignore their stresses by avoiding and escaping from problems, desensitizing our senses with alcohol, energy drinks, excessive work and television.

A far better solution is to work actively on our negative emotions and anxiety and also adapt to these new challenges with effective strategies. Clearing up negative emotions is something that everybody can learn, and I will dedicate another edition to this topic. A very good start is to read the first two chapters of my upcoming book “The Missing Masterpiece”. You can download them at www.BojanSchianetz.com.

An excellent way to deal and to reduce stress tension in your body is Qi Gong. Kenneth Cohen describes Qi Gong as “a systematic training in psychophysiological self-regulation”. Qi Gong teaches us to deal intelligently and effectively with stress. A regular Qi Gong practitioner is able to keep the body relaxed and the internal energy strong and healthy. Another benefit is also that Qi Gong helps to develop skills to regulate the healthy balance of mind, body and spirit. Through my daily training I have developed a very high resiliency and adaptability to stress, because I am able to create and feel inner peace within.

Qi Gong has also the advantage that you can practice it literarily everywhere. At the Gold Coast I am teaching spiritual and medical Qi Gong on Thursday mornings. Another possibility is to purchase my very popular Qi Gong DVD. This DVD has the advantage that you don’t need to look for a teacher and you can practice at your own home. You can purchase my “The Healing Art Of Qi Gong” DVD at one our our clinics, or visit the online shop www.BeyondGoodHealth.com.au.

Achieving a Healthy Pregnancy Without doubt, infertility is now much more common than it was 20 or 30 years ago. There are many factors involved in planning a successful pregnancy. Factors that interfere with the natural process of healthy conception has now encroached upon our modern lives, causing the infertility rates to skyrocket to 1 in every 6 couples. 15% of couples have more than 1 cause for their infertility.

Surprisingly, male reproductive failure now comprises 70% of infertility cases in western countries. It is a fact that sperm levels are declining progressively. All these factors will be addressed during your consultations. Exploration of lifestyle factors, stressors, toxic load will be required. Supplementation will be recommended and possibly herbs to regulate hormonal balance. Ideally, both partners will attend the first consultation. Many happy couples have used the fertility enhancement methods that I recommended and have healthy children as a result.

Because we are all unique individuals, you can be assured that your program will be individually tailored to your needs.

The First StepThe most important thing in achieving pregnancy is to learn about your fertility and how your body changes during your cycle. Every woman’s ovulation is distinctly different from the other stages of the cycle when no ovulation takes place. The signs and symptoms of the different stages of your cycle can be truly enlightening once you are attuned to them. Mucus symptoms are easy to detect once you know what to look for. Conception is only possible with fertile mucous present at the time the ovum is available for fertilisation.

When you come for a consultation, you will learn the following:- Signs of ovulation and non ovulation- How to chart and assess your fertility- Lifestyle and nutritional factors- Impact of toxic load on the body and how to remove it

It is also possible for you to learn how to weigh the chances in favour of a baby boy or girl.
