Since our inception in early 2009, this question has driven us. It is our reason for being. The vision of Beyond Consulting is to ensure that the answer to the question is yes- for our customers, our associates and our stakeholders.

It drives everything we do.

coaching servicesTraining isn’t always the answer. Sometimes Coach-ing is. Help your star performers develop their skills in the important areas, through a one-on-one inter-vention.

Corporate Coaching: One-on-one sessions with super-visors and managers, based on goals/outcomes set by the organisation (especially important for those iden-tified for promotion).

This intervention starts with an assessment of the candidate’s competencies and work performance. Over a set number of sessions (8-10), the candidate develops and starts to execute a Personal Develop-ment Plan (PDP), which is also signed off by his/her direct supervisor.

The candidate will have a series of work-related tasks to complete, which are geared towards assisting them in developing spcific skills.

The process costs about the same as sending them on a 2-day training course.

Personal Coaching: One-on-one sessions with the aim of assisting you to be ‘Happy at Work.’ The main focus will be on career planning, the setting of personal and professional goals and mentoring.

There are 3 categories:

Ignite! - For persons with 1-3 years’ working experience, who may require Career Guidance and/or advice.

Engage. - For persons with 4-7 years’ working experience, who may require career guidance and Personal Development Planning.

Guidelight. For persons with 8+ years’ working experience, looking to build a legacy.

special servicesAssessments: For Recruitment, Development, 360, Teams, Leadership, Entrepreneurial, Career, etc. You name it, we can do it.

Assessment Centre Consulting: We have access to the latest assessment centre exercises, and can assist your HR Team is executing such interventions. The only requirement is that there are trained Assessors on staff.

Technical Training: From time to time, we arrange training/certification for our clients in various elements of HR.

Recruitment Services: Soon, we will be launch-ing our recruitment agency, where pre-screened candidates will be available for selection.

Process Auditing: We can audit your current procedures (not just HR) and/or assist you in documenting them- if they haven’t been already.
