Debuting in 2001, twice a year the Beta Gamma Sigma Student Leadership Forum brings together student members from colleges and universities across the country for a chance to improve their lead-ership skills. This unique opportunity is presented to Beta Gamma Sigma students selected by The Cotsakos College of Business.

Michelle Asmar, the William Paterson student who was selected to attend the leadership forum Spring 2014 recol-lects:

“As a senior graduating this May, the Leadership Forum will be one of the most memorable events of my college experience. Instead of providing us with three days worth of direct and rigid information, we spent most of the time exploring ourselves and learning what type of leaders we are. The most value received from the opportunity was meeting and bonding with other potential future leaders who shared the same core values and goals.”
