Springfield Healthcare began in 1967 as a family run care home. Still
family owned and run today, Springfield has grown substantially but
our core values remain constant and the most important of these is
that the wellbeing of our residents is at the heart of everything we do.
Mayfield View nestles in the beautiful town of Ilkley right in the heart
of the community and will offer residents luxurious accommodation
and dining, wonderful gardens and a host of interesting and stimulating
activities for those who make it their home.

Our purpose built, luxury care home provides residential, nursing and
dementia care for older people. We support residents in every aspect
of their lives and believe that personalised care helps people live more
happily as well as more independently. That’s why the care we provide
is always built around, and directed by, the individual.
Fully qualified nurses and carers are supported by experienced and
compassionate support teams in administration, housekeeping,
hospitality and wellbeing. This means that whatever the needs of our
residents or their families there is a consistent approach to providing
the best quality service around the clock.
Mayfield View is set to open September 2018 and take its first residents
into our community for people living with dementia who have
residential care needs.
The Mayfield View community for people requiring nursing care is set
to open in January 2019 and will provide round-the-clock general
nursing support for those with more complex medical requirements.
Our residential care communities at Mayfield View will open Spring 2019
and are perfect for those who are finding it increasingly difficult to cope
at home alone and need extra support.
RESPITE & SHORT STAYS
Caring for a loved one can be one of the most difficult and challenging
aspects of family life. Mayfield View will offer respite care opportunities
giving families the chance to take a much-needed break or allow you
peace of mind should you have other commitments.

Mayfield View, with its’ four storeys of stunning
accommodation has been designed and built to
the highest standards with large, comfortable
day spaces, superb dining facilities and
tastefully decorated, spacious bedrooms
all with en-suite facilities.
Our talented team of award winning architects
and designers have created a residence that
makes the most of the fantastic views of the
moors, whilst incorporating a series of healing
gardens designed to promote relaxation and
wellness. The interior has been designed to
complement the colours seen in nature on the
moors and our highlights are a large “outside-in”
style garden room, perfect for relaxing in, a café
where friends and relatives are always welcome
and a beautiful spa. Our home also boasts a
cinema, hairdressing salon and nail bar for the
enjoyment of our residents.

for our residents, and this is exactly as it should be. With
superb tasting, nutritionally balanced, familiar meals.
Whether it’s socialising with friends over dinner, or
