not do what you want.

1.Pleasing God - Luke 2:13 At once the angel was joined by a huge angelic choir singing God's praises: Glory to God in the heavenly heights, Peace to all men and women on earth who please him.

2. Making disciples - John 20:20 The disciples, seeing the Master with their own eyes, were exuberant. Jesus repeated his greeting: "Peace to you. Just as the Father sent me, I send you."

3.Trusting in His strength - Psalm 29:11 God makes his people strong. God gives his people peace

4. Trusting in His promises• The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are

crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18)• Before they call I will answer; while they are still speaking I will

hear (Isaiah65:24)• Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you (John 14:27).• In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have

overcome the world (John 16:33)

5. Know of God’s Forgiveness Romans 8:1 There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus
