When you arrive at the main entrance of our resort, just give us your booking
confi rmation number and we’ll let you know exactly where to go to check-in.
You’ll be met by our Welcome Team at your check-in area, where the lead
guest of your party will be able to pick up the keycards.
Where to check-inGetting to resortGetting to resort is pretty straightforward by car, bus or train. Once you’re here
there are diff erent check-in points depending on which accommodation type
you’ve booked.

Heading from the north or south,
simply follow the A16 and then
at the Partney roundabout, just
past Spilsby, pick up the A158 to
Skegness and follow the signs
for Butlin’s. On arrival you will
be directed to the drive-through
check-in where you will be able
to collect your welcome pack.
We’ll then direct you to the
closest car park.
BY CAR
If you’re travelling by coach your
driver will bring you to the resort’s
main entrance where our friendly
team will be on hand to greet you.
If you’re coming by train you’ll fi nd
there’s a bus service between the
station and our resort. Please ring
our team prior to arrival on 01754
614484 so we can ensure your
welcome pack is ready for you at our
walk-in check-in.
BY COACH OR TRAIN
You can arrive on resort from
1pm. Our drive-through check-
in will be open as soon as you
arrive so you can start enjoying
your weekend straight away.
EARLY BIRDS
If you’re arriving in the evening, at
7pm we move our check-in to Guest
Services except for Gold guests,
who can check-in at Gold Reception
until 9pm. If you’re arriving after 9pm,
you’ll be able to pick up your keys at
the main entrance to the resort.

make sure you get the most out of your Live Music Weekend...

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMESYou are welcome to arrive at Butlin’s
from 1pm on the day of your break,
please check your confi rmation for
details of when you can access your
chosen accommodation.
On Monday morning, you’ll need to
check out of your accommodation by
10am and leave resort by 11am.
WE NEED THE NAME, DATE OF BIRTH,
ADDRESS AND EMAIL OF EVERYONE WHO’S
COMING WITH YOU, NO LATER THAN 48
HOURS AFTER BOOKING YOUR BREAKTo ensure your safety and for
everything to run smoothly on resort,
we need the details for everyone in
your party. The only way to send us
these details is by simply logging into
‘My Butlin’s Account’ online - it will only
take a minute!
You also need to make sure everyone
In your group brings some photo ID with
them (passport or photo driving licence
is fi ne). Failure to provide identifi cation if
asked, will lead to refusal of entry.
WILL A SECURITY DEPOSIT BE TAKEN?We want you to have a brilliant time with
your friends on your break and we know
that 99% of our guests are coming here
to do just that.
However, in order to protect our resort
experience and accommodation
from any excessive damage, a pre-
authorisation for payment may be
requested upon your arrival at resort
prior to check-in, for £100 per booking.
This will be made via your debit or
credit card. Your card will not be debited
unless damage to your accommodation
or our property is caused.
FOLLOW THE FANCY DRESS GUIDELINESA big part of the fun on some of our
breaks is seeing all of our guests in
their incredible fancy dress outfi ts. We
don’t want to be the fun police but
please remember, when planning your
outfi ts, we have a wide range of team
members and guests from all walks of
life on our resorts and we’d hate for you
to off end anyone. All we ask is that you
use your common sense when you are
planning your costumes.
Here are some pointers but please
email or call us if you’re not sure:
• Avoid anything that can be seen as
racially or sexually off ensive
• Don’t wear anything (including
T-shirts) that has bad language on it
• Don’t dress up as/celebrate someone
who has committed a criminal act
• Don’t use the Butlin’s logo or brand
on your outfi ts or T-shirts
When you are on resort, if any of these
guidelines are not met, our team will ask
you to return to your accommodation and
get changed. Also, we don’t want you
to feel uncomfortable on your break, so
please see below the breaks where we
welcome or advise against fancy dress:
ALCOHOL AND DRUGS POLICYWe are committed to responsible
drinking and will confi scate any excessive
alcohol at the resort entrance or from
your accommodation during your break
and give it back to you at the end of the
weekend. You may bring up to 12 440ml
cans of lager, beer or cider or 6L of lager
or cider in plastic bottles, or a 3L box of
wine per person or one (maximum 700ml)
bottle of spirit per person. You may bring
this with you on arrival to the weekend
only, there is no re-entry with alcohol.
Please be aware that for licensing
reasons only drinks bought in our venue
bars may be consumed in our venues.
Also, you cannot take drinks from one
venue to another.
We have a zero tolerance policy on drugs.
Anyone found taking illegal drugs or any
other illegal substance will be asked to
leave our resort and will not receive a
refund for any part of their break.
ARE TOWELS INCLUDED IN
MY ACCOMMODATION?Towels, irons and hairdryers are included
in all accommodation apart from our
Standard or Silver accommodation.
Guests staying in Standard or Silver will
need to bring these, or hire them on arrival
at our Hire Shop (£2 per day for 2 bath
towels or £3 per day for 4 bath towels
- a £10 refundable deposit is required).
Don’t forget to bring your own towels for
swimming too!

our Live Music Weekends, we host live
performances simultaneously across
multiple indoor venues. Each of these
has a capacity limit so be sure to check
the times of the acts you want to see and
arrive nice and early. There’s plenty to

ACCOMMODATIONWe’re really glad you’re staying with us
but with lots of people on resort please
be respectful to your neighbours. Not
everyone has the same musical tastes
so please don’t play your music too
loud or too late inside or outside your
accommodation. Noise warnings can
lead to you being asked to leave the
resort... and we wouldn’t want you to
miss out on the fun!
DRIVE SAFEWe like everyone to stay safe – so
please observe the 10mph speed limit
when driving on resort. Always use
the designated areas. All vehicles and
contents are left at the owner’s risk and
Butlin’s can take no responsibility for loss
or damage. All roads within the resort
are subject to the Road Traffi c Act in the
same way as public roads. It is therefore
an off ence to be in charge of a motor
vehicle whilst under the infl uence of
alcohol or drugs.
Important InformationDon’t forget to bring your confi rmation or booking reference number with you.
You’ll need to show this to our friendly resort safety team at the front gate so that
they can direct you to where you need to check-in, nice and speedily. You can
fi nd this attached to your confi rmation email, or view it in your account.

PHOTO IDDon’t forget everyone needs to bring
photo ID, but if you’re also lucky enough
to look under 21, then remember your
photo ID for the bar team.
WRISTBANDSWhen you check-in each member of your
party will receive a wristband inside your
welcome pack. You need to wear these
throughout the weekend to access all live
music venues. Keep them safe as there’s
a £50 charge to get a replacement.
EATINGThere are plenty of places to eat and
drink on resort, so no need to worry
about going hungry! If you have added
one of our great value dining plans to
your stay then you’ll receive a dining
card in your welcome pack. This will
show you which restaurant you’ll be
eating your breakfast and evening meals
in. Prefer to do your own thing? Our
self-catering apartments come equipped
with everything you need to rustle up
that all important breakfast roll!
