Good Vibes Festival returns to The Ranch at Genting Highlands. The international acts that have been announced so far include Phoenix, G-Eazy, Kodaline, Shura, The Kooks and more. Malaysias queen of Jazz is back!The last time Datuk Sheila Majid graced the stage of Stadium Negara was back in 1991 – fast forward 16 years and she takes the same stage once again. Malaysia’s queen of jazz makes her grand return with a brand new album in tow, titled ‘Boneka’ – her first studio album in 13 years. Expect her to perform her latest tracks as well as Malaysian favourites, ‘Sinaran’, ‘Warna’, ‘Legenda’ and many more.

MRT: SUNGAI BULOH TO KAJANG LINE MASS RAPID TRANSIT SERVICES
This month’s places column features the newly completed Mass Rapid Transit or MRT Sungai Buloh to Kajang Line that was officiated on the 17th of July 2017. With over 30 Stations, the MRT makes getting from one end to other end of Kuala Lumpur nearer by only 80 minutes commute!
The nearest station to Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur will be the spanking new Muzium Negara Station which is merely 5 minutes walk away. From the Muzium Negara, departing from it’s platform number 1, one can travel easily to popular spots in and around town such as the Pasar Seni Station (near Chinatown), Bukit Bintang Station (Main shopping district) and even Taman Connought Station where on Wednesdays its houses the Longest Night Market or Pasar Malam from 6pm till 10pm! The Muzium Station also acts as an underground access to cross over to the KL Sentral Station if you plan to walk there, and the access is via the St Regis exit. for an afternoon soiree, to meet up in
preparation for their upcoming ‘Drive
of the Year’, a grand convoy of
Ferraris driving all the way from the
Naza Italia HQ in Kuala Lumpur to
Phuket, Thailand.

Don’t freak out, but Song Joong Ki is coming to Malaysia! This time around, Descendants Of The Sun star Song Joong Ki is the star to look out for. Song is set for a visit to KL on Aug 9 to promote his upcoming movie, The Battleship Island.Song will be here with co-stars Hwang Jung-min, So Ji-sub and director Ryoo Seung-wan for the The Battleship Island Malaysia Star Tour. The Battleship Island tells the story of how three men come up with plan to escape a forced labour camp in Hashima Island in Nagasaki, Japan with hundreds of other captives during the Japanese colonial era.
