A partnership is an arrangement in which parties agree to cooperate to advance their
mutual interests, but also is a relationship, between individuals or groups, that is character-
ized by mutual cooperation and responsibility for the achievement of a specified goal.
In b-Open we respect, honor and support the people we work with. Our business Part-
ners are our business allies and we pursue to have excellent relationships with them. Of
course, we also like to be treated likewise!
For all the above, we want the Comidor Partnership Agreement (CPA) to be as clear and
honest as possible. The CPA document explains in detail the relationship between b-Open
and the Comidor Partner, clarifies as many aspects as possible and helps for conflict resolu-
tions.
But as in daily life no one can anticipate all possible situations, so it is normal that CPA
may not cover all scenarios. For those cases, it is up to the good-will of both parties to solve
any unexpected conflict with respect and common understanding

We look for people who have the technical skills to understand and support our
cloud software business suite, the sales skills to promote it, but also the soft skills to
build strong customer relationships. Typically, the profiles of our partner are:

Since its foundation, b-Open earned its place amongst the most innovative software de-

B-Open is a flexible company supporting the partnership culture. This is evident from the

Comidor Validation Keys (CVKs) that they can distribute to the potential customers.
When the customer completes his Comidor registration, he must insert the CVK in
the system to claim local Comidor support. Automatically, Comidor identifies the
Partner who provided the related CVK and immediately associates the customer
with the Partner. This is a win-win-win situation: the customer can rely on Partner’s
local support; the Partner can claim his commission from b-Open and b-Open
maintains a transparent and smooth partnership program!
