Best, Becca The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park, located along the parade route, will be offering a classic family style Thanksgiving Day Menu ($125 per person) in restaurant Auden Bistro & Bar, from 12 pm to 9 pm. Offerings include Curried Pumpkin Soup with toasted pumpkin seed dust and coriander cream, Roasted Red and Yellow Beet Salad, with NY state chevre ravioli, baby arugula and pistachio vinaigrette, and Roasted Venison Loin with Bacon with warm cornbread and dried plum jus. Guests can indulge in a Signature Hot Chocolate Menu, featuring favorites for the whole family like Caramel Fudge with homemade caramel and adult offerings like Raspberry Truffle with raspberry puree, dark chocolate and pinot noir. The day after Thanksgiving, Auden will be serving a Black Friday Menu ($18-32), featuring dishes made with Thanksgiving leftovers, including dishes like Pulled Turkey Salad with baby arugula, dried cranberries, cashews and buttermilk and Turkey and Herb Dumpling Soup with farmer’s market vegetables. The Thanksgiving Day Buffet at The Ritz-Carlton New York, Battery Park will be available in the warm and relaxing atmosphere of signature restaurant, 2West, from 12 pm to 7 pm ($105 for adults, $45 for children). The buffet will include chef attended stations featuring traditional Thanksgiving selections, raw seafood bar, sushi station, carving stations and an elaborate dessert display. Offerings include Short Rib and Chanterelle Mushroom Risotto with shaved piedmont black truffles; Roasted Pumpkin Salad with yellow and red roasted tomatoes and autumn vinaigrette, as well as Chestnut Stuffing and Key Lime Cranberry Sauce. Guests can enjoy the all-day menu while the Thanksgiving Day Parade and NFL games air on all TVs. The 2West bar will be serving its new Tribute to New York, Made in New York cocktail menu, including drinks such as the Battery Park Harvest Apple, with indigenous NY apple vodka, apple schnapps and apple cider, and the Liberty Manhattan, with McKenzie Bourbon, Antica formula vermouth, maple syrup and spiced apple cider. **Note: The pitch above focused exclusively on the culinary Thanksgiving offerings and was sent to short-lead food and beverage outlets.
