Canvys™ Thin Client Solution

To minimize the components needed in a system,

we have designed an ETX®-LX board into our robust

aluminium monitor stand. This thin client solution

operates with Windows or Linux based programmes.

The monitor incorporates the use of a touch screen

applications.

The robust electronic and case design will ensure the

user receives reliable service in high usage applica-

Our security displays combine deluxe design with value-added high

quality. Moreover our technical design-engineers do not ignore

functionality. They equip the LCD monitors with very high image quality

combined with very fast switching times. These security displays permit either

an automatic recognition of PAL/NTSC or signal-fixing. This is important for

using these displays with different sources of video signals.

Our displays have CVBS video in and video out as BNC connectors.

To protect your investment in critical environments we have the possibility

to integrate a protective shield.

To introduce our strengths, we show our products in our show cases and during

special fairs. Our customer also has the possibility to test and evaluate the

displays according to their applications.

Sunlight Readable Displays are ideal for outdoor applications that require exceptional picture clarity under all circumstancesAnti-reflective (AR) coating greatly decreases surface reflections. The optical film is applied to the surface of

the device to significantly improve the performance fo the LCDs by allowing better light utilization. It emends

the effectivness of the system since a lower level of reflection can be achieved. Also it improves the contrast

and betters the quality of the image.

In comparison to high brightness dislplays, which have a high power consumption by using a backlight system

which is supporting an output of 1000 cd/m² or more at the front end, the AR film will be mounted on panels

with standard backlight systems what leads to a more efficient power use. In dark environments, the unit

operates as a standard display while in high ambient light conditions the picture is visible with great image

quality. Furthermore the AR film avoids the penetration of sunlight into the display. This has an positiv impact

stalled (see pictures). Displays with AR coating are not a compromise and their image quality is generally per-

fect. In sunlight they are almost as bright as reflective displays, while indoors they are as bright as standard

transmissive displays. Anti-reflective displays offer a solution for applications where a wide variety of lighting

conditions are seen.
