thank the person who created/came up with the brown sugar facial scrub (not the one with
glycerin)! I tried it last night and this morning and literally - right after rinsing my skin - I was
glowing! I looked ten years younger! No kidding! (I'm 30) Because all my focus has been geared
towards resolving all my other health issues - my skin care regimen has taken a back seat. I'm so
glad I decided to try this. I also plan to use this scrub as an all over body treatment. It's amazing
how a recipe this simple could produce such incredible results! No more overpriced and chemically
saturated products for me!!! My skin hasn't looked this good since I was 18!!
Thank you again! :0)"

the brown sugar scrub for the facial? i suffer from eczema and have started the oil pulling

[YEA] 01/31/2007: Cheryl from Denver, CO: "Years ago a plastic surgeon friend told me that I
should use an exfoliant like the brown sugar shown on this site and then put vegetable lard (Crisco)
on my face, hands and feet three times a week. It is an all natural moisturizer. I am 46 and look
much younger than my age. It works."
[YEA] 11/03/2006: Alexis from NY: "A few years ago my cousin and i were talking about skin care. I always had clear skin and
always got compliments on it. A few years ago though, my skin started to change. It wasn't glowing, and i was getting more and
more blackheads, on my forehead, around my mouth, and of course, my nose. My cousin had given me the recipe of this great at
home exfoliator she got from a friend. Cream facial cleanser, like dove, mixed with a good amount of white household sugar. After
you mix these 2 ingredients together wet face and scrub for 3-4 minutes. Pat Dry, and then apply clear tape all over entire face (this
will take off all the dead skin cells you just scrubbed off!). Peel tape off, you will see all the dead skin cells, it's amazing...follow this
up with a good facial moisturizer. I do this regimen twice a week, it works amazing! This regimen cured my blackhead and brought
the glow back to my skin."
[YEA] 10/28/2006: Jen from San Diego: "I've had stubborn oily, break out skin issues. I have stopped using expensive creams and

06/21/2008: Royce from Milburn, Oklahoma replies: "To answer a question for M from cincinnati Oh, I have to name a
product name. I have only found one type of apple cider vinegar that matches ted description of the real thing it
contains the mother and when it burns it leaves the ash, it looks like dirty water and if you held it uo to the sun light in a
clear jar its cloudy, you need to shake it up before each use it is not distilled and pretty and red it is organic and natural.
it is called _____ apple cider vinegar. it is very strong so dont use too much make sure to buffer it with the b soda
because if your body does not contain enough alkalizing minerals or bicarbonates you may make your symptoms worse."
[YEA] 11/21/2005: Anelisa from Mesa , AZ: "Brown Sugar face and body scrub:a brown sugar face scrub gives me a wonderful
glow and everything you need to make it is in your kitchen. this first recipe is for the face scrub. one fourth of a cup of brown sugar,
one tablespoon of honey, and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar mix well apply it to the face and gently scrub in circular motions, my
friends say "it's like micro dermabrasion for no cost". Also since the holidays are coming up make a bigger batch and add a tea
spoon of "pumpkin pie spice" to the mixture it's all natural and it makes a lovely yummy holiday body scrub and you'll be glowing
smelling sweet and ready for all those christmas events you may not even need to apply perfume."

BROWN SUGAR, EGG WHITE, H2O2 LIFT

[YEA] 09/09/2012: Cairo from Philadelphia, Pa: "Have to sing my praises for Anjeanette's Brown Sugar/H2O/Egg White Lift
regimen. The softness is almost immediate. After three days, my skin was clearer and brighter. After a weak, the glow seemed
permanent. I can't help but touch my face and neck during the day just to feel how ridiculously soft it is. I'm 30, ex-smoker, always
sleep deprived, and have never really taken care of my skin; I work with teenagers who say they're envious of my skin now. I'm
really bad at sticking to skincare remedies, but I will never go back to just washing my face. Try this for a few days. You will be
sold."
[YEA] 10/10/2006: Anjeanette from Chicago: "I have combined some of the secrets from Earth Clinic and added my own secret to
come up with the ultimate facial!
First, cleanse your skin with a gentle soap like Dove or Palmers. Next, do the brown sugar scrub listed below (1/4 brown sugar, 1
tblsp ACV, 1 tblsp honey). After that, take a cotton ball and apply hydrogen peroxide to your face. This will decrease bacteria on

your skin and also lighten dark spots. Take the white of an egg and apply to your whole face. Eggs are full of protein which is what
our skin is comprised of. This is called the instant face lift. I learned this from a former drag queen! It tightens and lifts your skin!
Leave the egg white on for 30 minutes and watch the magic! Take a wet face towel and gently wipe off the egg white. Follow this
with a good moisturizer that contains sunblock as our skin gets a lot of damage from uv rays.
At night before bed, cleanse your skin with soap and apply the hydrogen peroxide again. Sleep on soft, clean pillowcases as they
hold a lot of germs and dead skin cells. After about 3 days you will look 10 years younger! My skin has no more pores, my dark
patches are gone, and my skin is the softest it has ever been. Now I have 20 yr old guys asking me out and I am 32 now. They think
I am the same age as they are. When I tell them my real age, they freak out and say that is impossible. I wind up having to show
them my ID. I get carded at clubs and for alcohol now and I love it! Just try it and you will thank God that you did!"

BROWN SUGAR, ROLLED OATS, ACV AND BAKING POWDER SCRUB
Ratings:

[YEA] 11/10/2006: Painfree from Oregon: "I made a recipe for the face and body skin. I suppose I could be called a chemist, for I
bake and cook. As I concocted up this remedy, I wrote it down as I went. I did not use any measuring spoons. Only one cereal bowl
and the use of my clean hands.
Here is the recipe I named it: Natures Bowl of Beauty Gentle Scrub
(its the balm)
Fill the inside of your hands palm with brown sugar and place in bowl.
Sprinkle baking powder lightly over brown sugar in bowl.
Use half a palm full of rolled oats (not the quick type) and place over brown sugar, baking powder.
Add 2 caps of ACV ( It will foam slightly) Then drizzle lightly with extra light olive oil ( I suppose coconut oil would do, I did not have
any)
Add 1/2 teaspoon of honey ( I used royal jelly from health food store)
Stir all these ingredients to make a nice paste. That is it, you have just made a nice healthy scrub. Since it is slightly abrasive, do
not get it in the eyes.
To use: Lightly dampen skin with warm water, then place the gentle scrub on your face. Using your fingertips only, (no wash cloths)
gently massage into facial skin. Do that until you feel a nice tingle and no more. Rinse with warm water, and end with cooler water
and let air dry.
It feels so good, and it tastes great if you get it in your mouth, I did a little because if used it to gently scrub my lips. ( but not
around my eyes, the skin is too delicate there.
I like this recipe I made because, yes, it tastes great, it is safe, it is not a soap, and they are the ingredients I and others are
learning all about on this site for great health. ( well not sure about the oatmeal part, but I chose it instead of salt because of the
natural oils in it) ( I also chose the baking powder because it felt softer, and less abrasive.)
My skin feels so soft. I did the nose wrinkle test after my skin air oxidized, and it was not tight at all.
I used it on my arms, elbows, legs and knees for the dry patches, since the weather has cooled down, and my skin needs more
moisture.
I did not use moisturizer after. I tested makeup over it ladies, and it went on smooth. Men, this is a sweet concoction, you will love it
too. It may be too abrasive for young peoples skin. Common sense will let you know. This is great to do, (if you are not in the bath
or shower) while sipping on your acv tea. If you feel that your skin is still too dry in places, just touch the inside of the oil cap with
your clean finger, and that is just enough to use. I am going to keep reading and learning. I have never felt this great since I can
remember way back even in my childhood when I was nauseated and missed much school.
Ok, now I would like feedback on this recipe that I made, please because I do not want to lead any one wrong with this recipe.
Thank you for reading, and thank you always for the builders of this site and all who are helping families grow together in great
health and in love. Once we learn how to get out of pain, we must also remember to eat right and learn which things are safe even
for brushing teeth, cleansing skin, washing clothes, dishes and cleaning our homes, and planting gardens and finding out which
things are best for natural pesticides. I did at one time use pickle juice around the roses to keep them coral, and not get pink. I also
used egg shells ( soaked in water) and tuna liquids for plants. Diluted of course, the tuna one outside. This site is a blessing from
God, for we are all gathered together here, learning and getting out of pain together, and so lets keep our voices out here so that we
can claim back our world and Gods children, free of pain and diseases and conditions. Read, Read, Read and get smart. And, let your
mind, soul and body be your guide, amen. I love you all."

01/23/2009: Robin from Rocky Ridge, Ohio replies: "Oatmeal is often used as an exfoliant in scrubs for the face or the
body. It is suggested to put rolled oats in a muslin drawstring bag and hang under the faucet of the tub then use the
filled bag as a sponge to wash with. The oat "milk" has soothing properties for the skin. Another tip would be to run the
uncooked old fashioned oats through a food processor or blender to grind them down to a granular size.
Sometimes I make a similar scrub and add black strap molasses or a whole egg to the mixture.
Also, baking soda is an alkaline substance that dissolves grease and oil; AC Vinegar is an acid which will exfoliate and
the skin prefers an acid ph. Combining the two together neutralizes the acid and the alkaline properties of the individual
ingredients.
Since I'm a little older and do not have oily skin, I would not use the baking soda and reap the benefits of the vinegar as
a hydroxy acid type of facial. Those with oily skin might add the baking soda to dissolve excess oil and leave out the
vinegar. Otherwise, there is enough abrasive qualities to the sugar and the oats to help remove dead skin cells.
Blessings, Robin"
CACAO BUTTER
09/14/2012: Sue M. from Worden, Il, Usa: "I was reading over the whole "beautiful skin remedies" posted here on EC and I had
forgotten so many of them. I was looking for a simple combination of natural products to use for cleansing my face. But, I ran across
an old post of Lisa's where she was responding to a contributor that had used raw organic cacao butter for a moisturizer. I would
love any input or knowledge that anyone might have on the cacao butter. And, what they use naturally for a facial cleanser.
Thanks!"

[YEA] 05/02/2006: Crystal from Post Falls, Idaho: "For healthier skin try eating cantaloupe. it is said to give your skin a naturally
beautiful, sun kissed glow."
Replies
06/09/2008: Breah from Seattle, Washington replies: "Actually cantaloupe doesn't cure anything specifically, water
does. Even with at least eight glasses a day, you most likely are not getting as much of the vitamins and minerals as
you could. Drink truly filtered water, not Brita water. I use water filtered by a gravity filter which is guaranteed to
remove all harmful chemicals and bacteria and more. I then water my organic vegetables and fruits with it, and they do
wonders! No aftertastes, bigger, healthier plants, and cantaloupe so juicy it may seem to be a cure."
CASTOR OIL

[YEA] 06/23/2008: Olivia from Brooklyn, New York: "I had hated castor oil for many years because growing up in South America it
was a quarterly cleansing ritual by my mother and many others. This website has helped me to see castor oil in a new way. I have
been applying it occasionally to my face at night. Every time I do so, I absolutely love the way I look in the morning. My skin looks
toned and fresh. Yesterday I attended a function and saw a woman whom I had not seen for about two years. She kept saying "you
have to tell me what you are doing, you look ten years younger. I have also been doing facial exercises. She asked her daughter for
my number because she said she is determined to find out what I had done to my face. Many people were in the room and she was
quite vocal so I just replied that I had been taking care of myself. I will tell her privately. I think the castor oil definitely helped my
skin plus the facial exercises helped tone the muscles under the skin. I used to hate the mirror, now I glance at it ever so often.
Thanks for the castor oil tip."

libraries have it."
[YEA] 03/02/2008: Brooke from Montgomery, TX: "I have religiously used castor oil for over 22 years on my face. About three
times per week, I put it on my face and neck and go to sleep! It has continually given me a fresh look, and I have no wrinkles. I also
rub it on my elbows and knees. I wash my face with Dr. Bronners Castile Almond soap. The castor oil is a little thick, but keep on
trying it. You will get used to it."
[YEA] 09/07/2007: Evita from Chiba City, Japan: "Castor Oil removes crows feet and wrinkles on the forehead. Mine is not about
illness or disease being cured by the castor oil packs. Mine is more of a mundane matter that concerns women about their facial
beauty. The tale tell signs (wrinkles) that gives a woman sleepiness nights, avoids facing the mirrors yet counting out the crows feet
and how many more lines crisscrossing the forehead. i advise my facial rituals to anybody who is interested to try and apply this
very simple application.
Firstly....wash your face with lukewarm water. gently soap the forehead and around the eyes area. Wipe the face with clean towel
and let it dry for a few minute. second... into your palm pour a little amount of castor oil. Dab a little amount of oil into the forehead
enough to cover the whole area and massage. repeat the ritual around your eyes and be sure the crow's feet get enough of the
ointment. If after the massage , you skin is still oily, just press the area with a soft facial tissue. Do not wipe off the ointment.
Do this ritual every night before bedtime, once a day only. It makes you look 15 years younger and you can save money by avoiding
botox implants."

[YEA] 04/15/2009: Dianna from Austin, TX replies: "I love castor oil! I started using it on my eyelashes and the first
night I could tell that where I had gotten it on my face - that it was smooth and healthy looking. Now I apply it every
night after I wash my face. For some reason it seems to me that the refined castor oil works better for this than the
cold-pressed. For face washing I either use a wash cloth and water - or a bit of chandan powder on damp skin. Then I
rinse and leave my skin damp and apply the castor oil first to my eyelashes, and then rub about a quarter sized amount
into my palms and massage it all over my face and neck. I also add several drops of lavender essential oil to my castor
oil.
In the morning I just splash my face with cool water and use a tiny bit of either virgin coconut oil or jojoba/sandalwood

[YEA] 05/29/2010: Busymom from Smalltown, Sunflowerstate, Usa: "After suggestions on this website, I started using Coconut Oil
as my moisturizer. I'm in my 30's and have never had a huge problem with acne, but after having kids, my skin is a little crazy. I'm
clear 2 weeks of the month, and broke out 2 weeks of the month. I've spent $$ at the spa, facials, high-end otc potions...nothing.
No change. I never would have thought that the answer was sitting in my kitchen cabinet! I clean my face with a gel face wash, tone
with Hydrogen Peroxide (DON'T GET IT ON YOUR EYEBROWS!), then moisturize with coconut oil. I let it sink in for a few minutes,
then dab off the oily areas with a clean facial cloth. It doesn't look oily throughout the day, and looks great under makeup. My acne
is cleared (I've been doing this for 3wks), and no more red cheeks! My pores look tighter too.
Every other day I use a turmeric mask. 1/2 tsp turmeric, glob of honey, 1/2 handful of sugar, few drops of milk. Let it sit for 15
minutes, rinse and tone with H202 a few times to get the orange off. This has cleared my acne, and my skin is as soft as my baby's.
All from ingredients in my kitchen!"

[YEA] 03/05/2010: Blanche from New Iberia, Louisiana replies: "Well, I wanted to report back on my experiment with
coconut oil versus a well known moisturizer. These are the only products I used on my face for 2 months, except for
makeup. I clean my face with a tiny bit of mild soap, and sometimes only warm water.
Wow. I examined both sides very carefully with a magnifying mirror in good sunlight and I see no difference. So:
Soft and smooth: BOTH SIDES
Elasticity: BOTH SIDES
Feel on skin: COMMERCIAL PRODUCT ABSORBED QUICKLY; VCO A LITTLE GREASY, WHICH I SOLVED BY GENTLY
DABBING WITH A TISSUE THEN IT WAS OK.
Faded brown spots: VCO SLIGHTLY BETTER.
I'm going to finish the commercial product, but will continue to use the VCO, with perhaps a sunscreen on top. As far as
my skin breaking out, couldn't test that because I am over 65 and don't have that problem anymore."

Alep soap (not a brand name, just a very old type of soap, Syrian I believe....). I don't know whether you can get it but
it is partly olive oil and partly bay leaf oil. It is a great soap because it hydrates but it doesn't leave the skin oily.
Sometimes I use coconut oil after washing with Alep soap. Here in France it is called Savon d'Alep and I believe that it is
sold in many other countries too. I have also found it in Switzerland (we are lucky to leave in France but near
Switzerland and Germany so we get the best out of three countries). Some people think that I am in my 30's."

great too. However, in the winter I have to use olive oil, or hemp, or flaxseed oil, because coconut hardens. Also great
for sunburns."
08/09/2010: Francisca from Michelbach-le-bas, Alsace, France replies: "London, I use coconut oil on my skin in the
winter as well. I put it in a small jar and I put the jar in a bit of hot water or else, if I don't have the time, I just take a
bit out of the jar with my fingers and as soon as it comes in contact with my skin it melts fast! Great moisturizer and a
lot cheaper than what you buy in the shops. Great for the sun as well, I now have a deep tan which lasts forever and
didn't burn at all! But as someone said here today not good against warts. It did nothing for me neither, only ACV!"

my skin glow so much, so of course I tell them about all of the fabulous benefits of coconut oil(as well as apple cider
vinegar as a toner beforehand). In the winter time I let it get hard in the jar and use a butter knife to hack chunks out
and then use it like a bar of soap- rubbing it all over my body after a shower. Its one of my favorite ways of using it. I
guess I could also make the process less dangerous by pouring some melted coconut oil into an ice cube tray and using
the cubes the same way."
08/10/2010: Anna from Philly, Pa, Usa replies: "Coconut oil is really great for abused skin! I doubt if anyone here will
ever repeat what I have done but Virgin Coconut Oil might be used in something similar. I use some lotion when I'm
already in bed, ready to fall asleep. It is dark of course. So 2 evenings in a row, I put on my face, chest and hands
something that I ASSUMED to be a lotion with sand (it happens ass we use lotions at the beach too). On the third day I
saw red blotches all over these parts and finally checked the botttle - it was EXFOLIATING SHOWER GEL. Great, isn't it?
The skin looked terrible - like in some red reptile. But after a week of using Virgin Coconut Oil as lotion it was back to
normal! Since then Virgin Coconut Oil is the best lotion as far as I'm concerned!"
08/10/2010: Francisca from Michelbach-le-bas, Alsace, France replies: "Tamara, I use the coconut oil in the winter like
you do only I don't cut with a knife, I take little bits with my finger and apply on my skin or else I put it in a little jar and
put the jar in my bath water or on a little of water in the wash basin but it is messier. When I do OP with it I just let it
melt in my mouth, no problem! As far as the ACV as a toner, do you apply it directly, undiluted?"
08/12/2010: Tamara from Fort Collins, Colorado replies: "Francisca, I always dilute the ACV. I don't measure, but I put
1 or 2 "capfuls" into a glass and about twice the water. It might be 1 part ACV to 2 or even 3 parts water-- I'm not very
picky about being accurate. I keep it on my bathroom counter and use it a few times a day, dabbing a new cotton ball in
and wiping my face. I let it dry and then apply coconut oil to moisturize. On occasion I'll make the solution stronger if I
feel as if my skin needs a "deeper" clean and treat it like a mini-peel. But be careful! Acid like ACV will cause burns if
you're not careful and don't wash with water immediately when you've had too much. I also think that applying ACV will
help coconut oil "sink in" better for those times when your skin is so dry that it won't absorb the oil (like on my legs).
Just apply the diluted ACV, then add coconut oil. I haven't noticed a huge difference if I let it dry or not before
moisturizing, either."
01/05/2010: Blanche from New Iberia, Louisiana: "I am fairly new to this site, and I think it is very interesting to hear about all the
benefits gained by using natural substances for various ailments. I've been fascinated by all the posts from people who have used
various natural oils for the face. I decided to do an experiment.
Today I bought a facial moisturizer from a well know product line that has 4 letters in the name. It is supposed to ease wrinkles,
fade brown spots, and have skin looking younger within 2 months.
I decided to use that on the right side of my face, and virgin coconut oil on the left. I'll post the results in 2 months. I need to say
that I am starting out with a few wrinkles and spots, since I am not exactly a spring chicken."

01/06/2010: Carly from Seattle, Wa - Usa replies: "What a great idea!
I have been using VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil) for about a month now on my face and body after my morning shower, and
for the past week or so I have been melting a tablespoon of it in my coffee or food 2-3x a day.
I started out taking 1 tbsp a day for the first couple of days, and then added additional tbsp's working my way to three a
day - I never had a problem with it, but wanted to play it safe!
Applying it topically - I really love the way it makes my skin FEEL - but I can't really tell if there is a huge difference in
the way my skin actually LOOKS. I have had a couple of people comment, but that may be because I smile more,
because I FEEL better from taking the VCO? Hard to tell at this point, but I plan on continuing the VCO FOREVER.
Internally and externally - remember, your skin is your largest organ!
I can't wait to hear your results Blanche - please don't forget to post! :-)
(I'm not a Spring Chicken either - almost 50 here!)
Best,
Carly"
09/08/2009: Terbear from Salt Lake City, Utah: "what is vco? what is the formula/mixture to spray on your skin after shower?
Everyone is good about saying how vco changed their skin....what is that? Also where to get the coconut oil that you use on your
feet? I am new to this way of living, and don't know all the acronyms you are using!! Help!!"
EC: VOC means Virgin Coconut Oil.
[QUESTION] 01/29/2009: AKR from Jersey City, NJ, USA: "I am wondering what would make for a good summer facial
moisturizer. During the winter, I use Virgin Coconut Oil, which works great. But for the summer, I need something thinner and less
oily. Any suggestions please? Many thx."

09/04/2009: Elizabeth from New York, New York, Usa replies: "This is a reply to AKR from Jersey City:
As an alternative to coconut oil during summer months, try jojoba oil. It is lighter and more appropriate for warm
weather and humidity, when our skin produces more of its own oils. But truthfully, coconut oil may only need an
adjustment of application method to be used during summer months. You may want to try applying it when you first
wake up, before completing the rest of your morning regimen (this gives it time to absorb). Then, with clean hands, give
one last (quick--ten seconds or so) facial massage to press the oil deeper, and take a dry, soft cloth and sweep it over
your face. Tissue can also be used, if preferred. This should effectively remove any excess, leaving just the coconut oil
that your skin readily absorbed. A light dusting of cosmetic powder (or for those who do not wear makeup, any good
skincare powder from a drugstore) applied afterward will even further reduce any shine or oiliness."
09/07/2009: Bev from Long Beach, Ca replies: "Hi; I have been using Virgin Coconut Oil to oil pull for the past 2 to 3
months, 3 to 4 times per week for 20 minutes. I cannot believe how my skin looks all over. It's shinny all the time and
soft. I don't use any topical lotions because I don't need to. I noticed when I get out of the shower, the water on my
skin beads. There is no greasy feeling just soft. Hope this helps."

[YEA] 12/13/2008: Leena from Montrose, CO: "I am 56 years young and my skin was getting a bit wrinkled. I started putting the
organic virgin coconut oil from the health food store on my skin after showering...after two weeks..my skin looks like a 30 year old.
What you do is take a spoon and take the coconut oil in it and rub it into the palms of your hands and it melts then use it like a
lotion on your whole body. You will be amazed!"
[SIDE EFFECTS] 10/08/2008: Christine from Tokyo, Japan: "I have been using organic virgin coconut oil on my face and body for
2 weeks now. It has improved the texture of my skin however I seem to always looked flushed on my face and neck, almost looks
like I am sunburnt. I have very fair skin and have been using only a medium coverage amount on my face and neck so that it
absorbs almost completly. Has anyone else experienced this and does it calm down? Is it removing the dead skin layers as it seems
to look like the effects of a light chemical peel?
Thank you"

10/10/2008: Sandy from Bangalore, India replies: "Yes, coconut oil causes sun-burn. Please don't expose your skin to
the sun after applying coconut oil to it. Best time to apply coconut oil is before bed-time and wash it off the next
morning."
[SIDE EFFECTS] 05/28/2009: shygirllatina from Sun City, Ca,.U.S.A. replies: "I used coconut oil also in the evening
and it also caused my skin to flush I didn't go out in the sun. I thought maybe it was just me also. Honey and bannana
mashed and mixed together are also good for the skin. equal amounts of both."
10/16/2011: Coregon from Medford, OR replies: "Actually coconut oil has properties in it that help protect your skin
from the sun. It shouldn't be relied on as a total sun block, but it does have sunscreen properties. It will not make your
skin photo (sun) sensitive."
[YEA] 06/13/2008: Lazaro from Laredo, Texas, US: "I have been using coconut oil for about an year now, and I love it! I rarely
drink it, however, I use it as a lotion instead of the store brand. My skin looks and feels great. Since it is a bit oily, I started to put it
on my face. Mostly around my eyes and forehead. My younger sister commented once that I don't have any wrinkles and she has.
She wanted to know my secret. I told her of course. I further told her that if you cannot drink the store brand lotions, why is she
putting it on her skin? Coconut oil can be eaten. I also use it to moisten my lips. And on a couple occasions for hemorrodes- I know I
misspelled that."
