MRP can consider I-Versions

NEW: A new option inside of the Detail > Pegging and Replenishment named “Consider I-Version" allows you to select to group the requirements by item versions (all batches/serials item managed by versions are then split to display the real requirement for each version), or just display the whole item requirement ignoring any version.

By default, this parameter is disabled (do not group the requirements by I-Version).

Improvements

NEW - Changes in the header of the configurable products:• "Use prices" renamed to "Activate Price Calculation"• "Use BP price list" moved into the dropdown "Default price list"• "Currency Main/System" converted to a dropdown as "Display

Currency" and one new value has been added: "Business partner"

• Added a new field: "Currency for manual Price", to select the currency for all the manually written prices

IMPORTANT: The “Use total BP discount” field is not available from version 2021.06 as the total discount is applied by SAP Business One for the total of the document..

The window is reviewed. Now clear rules are defined. New column: "Provision parts". If this is active, the provision is available. You can activate this in window settings.

NEW: “Origin Warehouse” field is available. Here you can define the Filter for a Warehouse from Sales Order or Pre-invoices. The same field is used for sub- assemblies.

You can use this functionality for Quality control processes, managed by Bin Codes or Production Lines (WMS).You can use this on Sales order level to define correct Branch (by Warehouse) and internal workflows.

Work order cross reference – template support

Column: Warehouse reservedThe column "Warehouse reserved" displays the complete quantity on warehouse reservation for the linked base document line (example sales order) and not only related to current work order.

New: Window settings and templates supported.If you want to see only the reservation related to current work order position, you can create a template and can define your own column.

Now better error handling is available. The system returns more information and clear error numbers.

In the past only in the last case the system returned 404. But related to ODATA rules in all other cases the system has to return 404 too.

Beas can display the printer driver available for the Common Service

NEW :If you print a document by WebApps (Client or Desktop), the request is sent from the client to the Web server, and then to the Common server. Then, the Common server prints the document.But the common server can only use printers, on which the service has access. In this example only Printer A+B and not Printer C+DPAST: If you opened the Station settings > Location definitions, you could see the Printer from the current desktop: Printer C+D

NEW: The System displays the printer driver which is available in view of the Common server - service.In this example: Printer A+BThis makes it possible to see only available printers.

If the common service is not active, the system returns a warning message and displays local printer drivers.In this example Printer C+DNew: Simple customization - use the correct printer

SystemBeas Unit of Measure supports Unicode characters

NEW: The UoM Code field now supports Unicode characters.In general, Beas does not support Unicode in key fields. We are working on this and will support Unicode in key fields in more and more areas.

ATTENTION:In General Unicode is not supported in key fields, so, if possible, try to avoid it.

ADDED: List of Transaction Notification Error Codes in Beas Online Help

NEW: The Beas Documentation (Online Help) now has a list of all error codes that can be generated in the Transaction Notifications.

Example: 510290 - 'Locked by reservation system: '+@error_message,510300 - negative stock in a Bin-Warehouse is not allowed'

The list of all error codes is available with Beas Documentation 2021.06 in Online Help > Administration > Utility programs >Database Test > Data Check topic.

Beas is increasing the control at the terminal license to align with the correct terminal license definition. In the previous releases, the licensing check system did not verify correctly the running terminals against the licenses sales model in place for Beas for more than 10 years. Terminal licenses are managed by concurrence of users: it is recommended that webapps users logout, since it frees the license for another user to use it, instead of just closing the browser, in which case the license remains in use for a few more minutes.It is recommended that shopfloor terminals have terminal licenses assigned by workstation, thus ensuring the availability of licenses in these terminals. For question and answer about terminal license, please see :https://support.boyum-it.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018756418Make sure to assign only the apps that the user really uses for each personnel in the authorization group, because for every login all terminal licenses related to the user’s authorization will remain in use during his session.Please consider when a concurrent license is not available, it will be displayed as gray when the user logs in. Before this was not visible.

The Work order refresh button was disabled by default since version 2021.03 If the customer uses this functionality, it can be activated in the Configuration wizard.
