RepairSince the fluid lubrication bearing supports high-speed and high-load rotating rotor, the white metal of the bearing would be damaged by the high vibration or the high metal temperature as well as by the frequent start-up and shutdown operation. If you remove this damaged white metal and then re-babbitt with the new white metal, you can use the bearing as if it were new. When repairing the bearing like this, the design data of the bearing have to be derived correctly in order to re-machine the bearing to get the performance as same as the new one.

Furthermore our laser cladding technology, which was recently developed, will provide you the advantage of the improved bonding strength of white metal by more than 50% compared to the existing technology (centrifugal and gravity casting or welding).
