The children learned a lot about diving deeper into their faith with God. The most amazing part was watching the children get involved in our mission project. This year we chose a huge goal of raising $5000 to build a well in Sierra Leone, Africa through Just Hope Inter- national. The children passionately got on board with the idea of providing this community with clean water. We heard stories of children doing lemonade stands and calling grandparents. And it paid off. New Al-Anon Group Meeting BUMC is excited to announce that a new Al-ANON group will be meeting weekly

in Buchanan House, Room 102 at 7:00 pm on Tuesdays starting July 10th. Al-Anon is a support group for family and friends of those struggling with alcoholism. Al-Anon helps families of alcoholics by practicing the Twelve Steps, welcoming and giving comfort to families, and providing support to those who are struggling with alcoholism.
