Over 200 great fitness classes and activities designed for you! We are proud to offer you over 200 great fitness classes and activities aimed at all ages and abilities. The fitness classes have multi-level teaching to enable all participants to work at their own level. Classes and activities take place at over 8 locations in and around Swindon. It couldn’t be easier to find one to suit you and we look forward to welcoming you soon!

Masters – classes and activities aimed specifically at the mature adult and those who require sessions tailored to meet their specific needs. The Masters initiative is a way of helping people to carry on with the physical activities they choose for as long as possible. Look for classes with a Level 1 intensity.

Class Grading SystemClass Intensity

Level 1 A low impact class suitable for beginners and those returning to exercise. Includes functional body conditioning exercises at a low to moderate intensity. Suitable for participants 14+ years (plus kids, teen and Masters specific fitness classes).

Level 2 A low to high impact class aimed at an intermediate level. May include some flexibility and toning exercises for an all round workout. Suitable for participants 14+ years (Excuding Body Balance and Body Jam – 16+ years).

Level 3 A challenging high intensity workout combining high and low impact exercises or intense resistance exercises. Suitable for more experienced participants 16+ years.

40/50 minute walks at your own pace, for all ages and abilities. Volunteers lead all walks. You can socialise afterwards
