Design & Submission GuidelinesPlease ensure that your ad is built to correct measurements with an additional 1/8” (0.125”) of bleed around the entire document for full page and spread sized ads. We will provide exact meas-urements when ad is booked. Additional production costs will be applied if supplied files are not built to spec. Files should be submitted in high quality PDF with supporting fonts and images. Files must be at least 300 dpi and converted to CMYK and should be submitted by email to: [email protected].

Terms & ConditionsCancellation: Advertiser may cancel without cost or penalty with-in three (3) working days of purchase. A cancellation made after three days, up to the deadline date of April 30th, 2019, will be subject to a charge of 50 percent of the advertisement’s value. After established deadline date, no cancellations may be made.

Ad Design Changes: Ads must be submitted in final form by April 30th, 2019. No changes outside those affecting editorial policy will be made beyond the deadline date.

Design Specifications: Unless otherwise arranged, advertiser agrees to submit ad material in the exact design specifications requested (camera-ready). Specifications include ad size and bleed, file format and resolution quality. Publisher reserves the right to modify the ad for best printing quality. Any submission requiring modification beyond what is best for printing cannot be considered camera-ready. Acceptability of submissions con-sidered camera-ready is at the discretion of the publisher, who reserves the right to reject copy submitted as camera-ready and bill for modifications required to reproduce the material to pub-lisher standards.

Size Changes: The publisher reserves the right to up-size an ad-vertisement – if it is necessary to fit or fill space available – to the benefit of the advertiser and/or to enhance the appearance of the publication. The publisher agrees that, should that become necessary, no additional charges will apply.

Proof of Insertion and Tear Sheets: Advertising must meet with the specifications outlined above. The final invoice will serve as proof of insertion. Tear sheets will only be provided upon request and will be in the form of a PDF copy of the page(s) advertised on emailed to the advertiser, if so requested, after June 30th, 2019.

Liability: The advertiser and/or their agencies agree to assume liability for all content (including text representation and illustra-tion) of advertisements printed and assume responsibility for any resulting claims against the publisher. Ads designed by the pub-lisher shall be reviewed by the advertiser and the advertiser as-sumes all liability upon approval.

Advertising Specifications

Rate and Payment InformationStandard rates are as they appear in the chart above. Discounts are currently only offered for multiple ad bookings and non-profit groups or associations.The standard rate assumes payment by cash, e-transfer or cheque. Fees may apply for alternate arrangements. All payments must be received no later than midnight on May 30th, 2019. Any amounts outstanding after this date will be as-sessed a 10% late payment fee on the amount owing. A fee of 1.5% will also be added for every month late after May 2019.
