1.0 Preliminary Activities The third regular meeting of FY2006 was called to order by Cynthia Foust, RN, PhD, Board President, at 8:00 a.m., on Wednesday, November 16, 2005, in the Holiday Inn Conference Center, 2101 S. Meridian Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. 1.2 Roll Call and Declaration of a Quorum The President declared a quorum present and the session qualified to conduct its business. 1.3 Administrative Announcements Darlene McCullock, CPM, Business Manager for the Oklahoma Board of Nursing, will be retiring in January after 35 years of state service and 19 years with the Board. The retirement reception will be held on January 10, 2006, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Invitations will be sent out in December. 1.4 Public Open Forum - None spoke at this time. 1.5 Review and Board Decision on Adoption of Consent Agenda
