Nicole Plumlee was promoted to Licensing Specialist and retained administrative responsibilities for criminal background checks. The Licensing Analyst job description was changed to support the Licensing Specialist and to complete continuing education audits for renewals. These changes resulted in a savings of 1 FTE. A temporary employee, Rachel Ellis, was also hired in the Licensing Department. Michele Reading was hired for the Nurse Investigator position and will transition to the position in September. K. Glazier reviewed with Board Members the Dashboard Report (attachment #9) of agency statistical data and quality indicators for the fourth quarter of Fiscal Year 2013. The Office of State Auditor and Inspector is in the final stage of the FY 2009 to FY 2012 Audit. The cost of the audit increased by $5,000.00 and was carried over into FY 2014. K. Glazier reported her appointment to the National Council of State Boards of Nursing's Commitment to Ongoing Regulatory Excellence (CORE) Committee.

The FY 2010 OMES annual compensation report was the last report to include an Agency Director Salary Structure.
