I you’re ed up with all those noisy planes taking oand landing at George Best Belast City Airport, be
warned – things will get much worse i the airport
gets the go-ahead or its new noise proposals.
But the Environment Minister is giving you and
us a chance to put our case at an inquiry into the
airport’s proposals.
BELFAST CITY AIRPORT WATCH is an
umbrella residents’ group fghting to ensurethere’s no urther expansion o the City Airport.

campaign eectively on your behal.
WHAT DIFFERENCE WILL THE
AIRPORT’S PROPOSALS MAKE?
I implemented, they would allow a massive increasein noise levels, with tens o thousands o residents
and many local schools seriously aected. We need
the right balance between the commercial interests
o the airport, and the health and quality o lie o
residents. Under these proposals, residents would
suer very unairly.

Fighting an inquiry really well requires resources
