Iamattaching6lettersandattachmentsthatI,personally,receivedfromBCHydroinchronologicalorderrelatingtotheSmartMeterChoicesProgram.YouwillseethatitwasnotuntilLetternumber3(receivedonNovember13,2013–18DaysbeforetheMeterChoicesenrolmentdeadline),thatBCHydrolightlymentionedthatthefeeswereonlyapprovedonaninterimbasis.Subsequently,Ireceived2morelettersthatdidnotcontaininformationconfirminginterimfees;andfinallyIreceivedaletterviaExpresspostonDecember13,2013,accuratelydescribingBCHydro’sapplicationtotheBCUCandtheinterimfees(13daysAFTERtheexpirationoftheMeterChoicesProgramenrolmentdeadline).IfIhadnotbeenactivelyinvolvedinthisprocess,IwouldnothaveknownuntilNovember13ththatthefeeswereonlyapprovedonaninterimbasis.ThisundeniabledeceptionandthebarrageoflettersfromBCHydromostcertainlyaffectedthenumberofpeoplewhogaveuptheirlegacymetersagainsttheirwill.We,CitizensofBritishColumbia,onlyhaveyou,theBCUtilityCommission,torelyonasourBCHydrowatchdog.Pleaseexerciseyourmandateandrepresentusinafullreconsiderationofthisorder.SincerelyKimDarwinSechelt,BC
