We have some BIG changes in store for the 2018 King Biscuit Blues Festival BBQ Cook-‐off. Our big news is that we have increased our Purse!!!
$8,100 Prize Purse!! Categories include Chicken, Pork Ribs, Pork butt, and Beef Brisket. You must compete
in all categories to qualify for Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion. Grand Champion $1,000 Reserve Grand Champion $700 1st – 8th Place Cash Prizes in Each Category
1st place $375 2nd place $325 3rd place $275 4th place $225 5th place $150 6th place $100
7th place $75 8th place $50
Peoples Choice 1st Place $100
We can accept up to 40 teams, so in order to accommodate that many cookers, the Competition will be located along 2 blocks of Walnut Street.
