Bay Insulation inserts are fabricated from Calcium Silicate, Polyisocyanurate and Phenolic for 1” wall thick and greater. Inserts are jacketed with an All Service Jacket (ASJ) vapor barrier and Self Sealing Lap (SSL) tape for easy application. Alternative materials and jackets are available. Inserts are fabricated to ASTM standards with copper sizes and IPS sizes available. Custom sizes, such as Ductile Iron and HDPE can be fabricated per customer specification. The insulation extends beyond the saddle for easy application of butt-strip to insure proper vapor barrier seal with adjoining insulation materials.
