Induction to IDEAL SELF

Close your eyes and take one or two deep breaths, calmly…there is no hurry, you already know, give yourself a moment of peace, to go within yourself and have another moment of reflection.When you breathe as usual, you are learning that you can breathe in 5 times and then breathe out in 5 times too…By doing this calmer breathing, in 5 times to each breathe in and out, you know you are making you heart synchronize with your brain letting it know that everything is fine now…Our heart is an organ that works like a second brain and you can then breathe more calmly at this moment that it will let your brain know through the vagus nerve that you are all right…So let us start, breathing safely, calmly in 5 times...learning and enjoying a peaceful moment with you to think about different ways to BE HAPPIER....By breathing slowly and safely, you will learn to give yourself time, do a little meditation that is good for the body and mind…At this point let’s talk about dreaming a big dream…idealize a near future, with all your heart and your wishes…Think about what you wish to be, to accomplish and remember, never give up your dreams as the reflection poem says...it’s time to dream a big dream, with Will...what would you like to be in a future that you can model? …an example of someone you wish to shape, some qualities from a teacher, a friend, a loved one…you can everything! You can certainly learn how to shape the qualities you wish to have!

Then, breathing calmly, opening your heart to a new moment, take some minutes to dream about your IDEAL SELF…Think about what we talked before, the people’s qualities you mentioned before…what you wish to achieve and imagine yourself in the future…doing what you you’d like and how you should…filled with the qualities you chose you wish to have and you will have! Just like that! Why not?! You can be what you wish to be and you should star right away…breath slowly, take a breath and go forward changing your entire life, step by step…

I’m going to teach you a little secret! The ice needs just one degree to melt and turn into water! We only need small changes to so we can reach the melting point with our dreams!....All we need is to start the change, and for this the first step is to dream about the qualities you wish to shape in your life…and that is why we need to dream too much…think about what we will shape…our boss’ drive and determination, our colleague’s sensitivity, the generosity of a grandmother, the wisdom of a teacher, a friend’s open heart…whatever your needs are, it’s time to stop and think : what do you wish to change?

Therefore, stop for a moment and think about the qualities you want to reach to get to your IDEAL SELF…What qualities are these? …breath slowly and think, repeat in silence to yourself …what are this qualities…list them in your heart…imagine in your mind…feel within that you can change now!...Now is your time…it’s always good to start slowly…remember changes can be done one degree at a time…and that is not always easy…that’s why you need just to open your mind and dream…

How do you wish to be soon?...the qualities…Give a moment of silence and put the song “Rainbow”…Take a deep breath, imagine yourself climbing the stairs towards the IDEAL SELF …and there you will be, brand new, with your qualities already well installed ... but every step you climb toward the Rainbow hope, you will think about the changes you will make in your life ... qualities which you can win first, what is easier ... qualities which you can achieve first, what’s easier ... what can you change first ... what you should do to get to the rainbow and go up step by step in your personal life …Just imagine each step, climbing up and seeing yourself close to the rainbow on the bright side of the blue sky beyond the rain clouds, the bad weather of live…you on the other side reaching your deepest dreams and dream…

Dream high, dream a good dream! Dream about achieving what you desire….Yes, you can reach anything you desire...but remember you need to keep your goal in mind and move on, changing slowly in your own rhythm…your own way…I’m going to read a poem by Carlos Drummond ....

“It doesn’t matter where you stopped…in which moment you got tired…what matters is that is always possible and necessary to “start over”. Starting over is giving a new chance to yourself, renew hope in life, and the most important, belive in yourself again.Did you suffered a lot in this period? You’ve learned Did you cry a lot? You purified your soul..Did you get mad at people? It happened so you could forgive them one dayDid you feel lonely for many times? It’s because you closed the door to angels…Did you belive everything was lost? It was the beginning of your healing…Where do you want to go? Go high? Dream high…wish the best from the best…If we think small..small things we will haveBut if we strongly wish the best, and specially fight for the best, the best will settle in our livesBecause I am the size of what I see and not the size of my height”

Now, how about let your dream get into you, as IF it was something already installed within, a new order of life, your new qualities that Will be learned slowly, one by one, like the water turns into ice, one degree makes a big difference.. one afternoon of rest, a day with the kids in the park once a month ... a smile in the morning to your boss ... a positive thought, a heart open to all the changes you desire and effort, of course!

In order to change it’s necessary to start! Get started! Start now with a small different gesture , but start changing now ... do not just stand there thinking that life will change ... you are the one who has to change ...and do it , at this moment, before you even open your eyes. think.. How do I open my eyes now? What can I do differently now as I leave this place ... what change can I make, small, but one that can lead me in that way that I want follow in order to be me again, but different and happier? ...To “Jonathan Livingston Seagull — a story" it was possible to make what an eagle did, fly so high that he could cross the clouds, him, a seagull tried and tried until he could fly higher and higher, and so can you I’m sure!Take a deep breath, your dreams, the qualities chosen by you and move on your new journey to BE HAPPIER! Believe, only you can change, the do it now!Breathing deeply and calmly, put inside your heart this changing intention and start slowly, Day by Day this process....you Will get there! It’s a matter of time...everything can change; we only need the wish and the will to BE HAPPIER...Wholeheartedly to his new desire just breathe deeply and bring yourself back ... little by little ... breathing and opening your eyes wide awake ... alert and ready to restart your life!

Homework: : read your IDEAL SELF again, look the collage about your dreams in your notebook...make yourself a daily reminder, what do you need to change to get there!

1. Induction ENJOY THE BEAUTIFUL SIDE OF LIFE

Life is too short! So we must learn to see the beautiful side of life, even when life hurts! This will be a balm for a rainy day and a blessing for the good days you have here on Earth!So let us now learn to have a moment of meditation and learn to see the beautiful side of life imagining things ...Just breathe that way you have learned ... to inspire and 5 times 5 times to expire ... opening your heart to a new life and full of good things! ...as the saying ... ... while a fly is able to find a wound in a completely clean body, a single bee is able to find a single flower in the middle of the swamp!And you want to learn to see the beautiful side of life and see with good eyes what you can learn ......Breathing calmly, opening your heart ... I'll tell you a story I heard some time ago ... it's a Depack Chopra’s book that tells something like this, summarizing...Merlin held king Arthur in a cave, while he was still a boy, training him to be the King of England some day ... but he locked him in a dark cave in the middle of summer ... the inconsolable boy asked why the master did it to him, and he replied that it was to train him even more ...one day He would be a great warrior and he needed to learn to be deprived of the good things ... the boy indignantly replied that it was summer and he would miss the delights of hot water lakes for swimming, the trees with their berries to taste, the green shadows of the great trees, he would miss seeing loose animals to hunt, etc.. The master smiling asked him to just close his eyes and dreamed about those good times of summer ... the boy smiled and said he wouldn’t need to close his eyes because everything was so dark! The master continued ... come on, dream out loud so I can hear it too ... what would you see out there in summer days ... and so the two stayed there for a while ... they spoke of the sun, starry sky at night, full moon, and much more ... at the end, the master asked him to make a fire and roast potatoes ... and that's when the teacher told him, "I'm teaching you all this my King, for when you're a warrior and you are in a moment of struggle, in the middle of cold winter , full of snow, you can dream about good times you've already had ... and can get into your tent and rest thinking about the beauty that life has ... without losing the hope of a better world! "...We can thus begin here and now, to see a better world ... learn to appreciate life in every detail, every little gesture ... every simple thing of your day to day ....Little things like waking up in the morning with the birds singing ... feel your soft pillow at bedtime ... take a glass of fresh water when you're thirsty ... take

a nice and scented bath when you are dirty.. . eat nice food ... get a smile ... see the flowers in a garden ... receive and give a compliment...Just breathe and think ... what do you appreciate on the little things around you ... nature, people ... life ... in their day to day, what makes the difference and makes your life HAPPIER ...It’s the small details ... but think, think back, stop for a moment and feel ... it’s the rather small details that make our life beautiful! But if you are always in a hurry with the humanity disease the TOO BUSY DISORDER always running to cope with all the tasks that need to be fulfilled ..it can be that you can’t enjoy anything around ... so, stop at this time , breathe and think ... what do you appreciate from the small things in life? Pretend that you are now stuck in Merlin’s cave, learning life wisdom, RECOVERING your energy for the big fights of your day to day ... happier are those who can appreciate life stop to see a beautiful landscaping, a sun set, a Ipê tree in bloom , flowers in a garden, a set table, a scent of a nice perfum and even if your life ia a complete caos, Who knows...your pillow, your bath, a coffee can bring you strength, words from a friend...Enjoying life ... enjoying the beautiful strengthens our energy! Oddly as it sounds the beautiful enjoys being appreciated! It returns our praise ... if you tell someone that she is beautiful, she smiles back and treats you even better ... if you say to someone he is working very well, he will work even better!!Enjoy more the beauty in life ... give yourself some time to recover from intoxicating things that wear our life!Become a life appreciator is like thanking the life and what it gives us ,comfort to go through things that cannot be changed ... the pain and sorrow inherent in our willDid you know that gratitude comes from grace, give grace to God?.Look how to be grateful is a something good, it.comes like a grace, a gift , a divine grace, so we can be GRATEFUL FOR GRACE!, So I hope this time you can see the beautiful things around you,that when you open your eyes can realize what is good in our life ... the little details that besides enjoying you can , praise, thank .. . and you will see the difference in your day to day ..Seeing life with good eyes can be learned, besides it will only bring you benefits...you will become sweeter, kinder, complain less about things that cannot change..and if you are complaining about things that can be changed, please change them right now! Don’t stand there! Create your new life!Once, someone asked Michelangelo how he could carve the wonderful David. He simply replies he saw the image of David on that piece of marble; all he had to do was sculpt! What about you? Are you going to sculpt something in the marble of your life? Or are you going to stay there complaining and watching the bad things happening to you , and letting them remain the same….but if you fill the beautiful side of life with the small details ... ow! How it changes!! For the to BE HAPPIER start now, when you open your eyes, notice every detail of the beauty of life ... in small things, small gestures ... and make yourself a change!

Appreciating the beautiful side of life requires training and you can train on your everyday praising and making your gratitude journal!Yes, making a gratitude journal helps you see something good every day, at least 5 things every day, and it doesn’t matter if they are the same..what matters is that you are supplying your life grace!!! Breathe quiet, feel your body receiving sweet words, wisdom and help ... let it sit and learn to see life through the eyes of those who seek what is good! Relax ... breathe in 5 times filling your heart with confidence that cleans everything ... clean all emotional junk that's inside of you ... let yourself open to feel pleasure in seeing good things, be a seeker of good things ... a curious of good things ... an eternal beauty lover ! Now that brings peace to the tough times and at the good times makes us feel in connection with the divine in us and in the world. May you take these words into your heart and there, install this confidence capsule , peace and tenderness ... and so start safely cleaning all ... all emotional trash acquired throughout life ... new life ... new look ... peace ... well ... health, well being ... being grateful ... with peace giving thanks to God ... or life as most prefer to live this sublime moment ... You can give yourself a moment of silence before opening your eyes and here back and wide awake and watchful, seeing life differently ... To BE EVEN MORE HAPPY!

3- Induction PERMISSION TO BE HUMAN (a bath of light to heal the negative emotions)

Stop for a moment ... let yourself breathe deeply and let that life can fill all the gaps of the faults, the faults, mistakes, feelings that corrode inside ... just a moment's pause!Breathe quietly the way you already know .... 5 times to inspire and 5 times to release the air and everything else that is trapped inside of you and making you suffer so much ... let it out ... let out tears…pain ... constraints ... shame ... fear ... sadness ... even anger ... just let it out with each breath you take... relaxing your body, mind and just feeling the air entering and renewing your energy ... you can let out everything that is stuck inside you ... in your chest, in your throat ... in your head ... shoulders ... wherever it is stuck, trapped feeling, tense ... just let it go ... let it go quietly and safely inside yourself ... have a minute of peace ... a time for reflection ... breathing slowly ... comfortably ... enjoying and learning to let go the demands of .what has to be done!Being good is the enemy of being great! You can be good enough and be much happier ...We need to give us a hand ... we need to be more benevolent with our being ... you become your own executioner when you demand so many things to-be done, so many things have to be perfect ... or even not be able to feel anger, sadness, envy, fear ... That’s being human!

Only those who are dead or psychopaths don’t feel! Living makes us feel besides love, anger, sadness, envy, fear, helplessness and everything else ... it’s part of life! A puppy gets angry and growls ... feel fear and trembles ... misses someone and cries ... feels joy and swings its tail ... and we cannot feel anything that is negative? YES, we can and should!What we cannot do is to keep our emotions because they are negative... emotions are like ducts that carry the sap of life ... if you interrupt an emotion on its way out, we stop the flow of life!The duct is interrupted for any other sincere emotion that we have, and we start to live a facade, a shell that hurts our real being, by not saying what we really feel, it interrupts all our emotions. .. and we get frustrated or cynical or even get sick from keeping grief or anger ...We must learn that feeling is something human, yes we can feel! What we cannot do is to hide our feelings forever! Talk, let it out and change your life! ... Choose a new path ... make your life different ... it depends only on ourselves to change this path ...

There are people who spend their lives in regret ... change the focus to what works, start over! Review your plans, take a new direction!start breathing and learn that today, you can let go what is stuck there within yourself ... the hurt, the anger, the sadness ... let it out ... while breathing while imagining a beautiful healing light that enters through the top of your head with thousands of small purifying light particles cleaning there now... this healing light .. this is made with micro light particles like small-cleaning sponges it will clear your brain, your cells, your tissues, detoxifying your whole body ... head, mind, throat, opening your heart and putting a cleaning light , brings peace, brings good feelings ... clearing all the organs of your body, every tissue, every pain registered in them ... just imagine your purifying light bath! Cleaning, letting out hurt and pains of life ... stored for so long in there, making your body and your mind ill ... clearing your mind ... recovering ... protecting ... automatically ...There is a story about a man who took the same peanut butter and jelly sandwich to work ... and he everyday complained at lunch time: "again! cannot stand eating the same sandwich every day! "... a colleague who always ate lunch there one day couldn’t stand it anymore and told him why he did not ask his wife to make another type of sandwich or a salad? the man only replied, "but you do not understand, am I myself make my sandwich, I'm not married!" ... And then, Will you stand there, complaining about your feelings like the sandwich man or will you change your life? ... See, you can choose what you want for your life! But only you can do it! I’m not saying that you should quit your job, wife, or husband, or abandon your children because that’s what’s hurting you! I'm saying it's time to choose a healthier path, instead of just complaining, choose where you want to walk and BE HAPPIER ...Therefore, it is now time to reflect ... stop for a moment and think ... these feelings you are feeling are the fruits of your path and your choices? If they are you are can change! if not ... just understand ... there are things that we

need a lot of courage and small good moments to recover the courage to go through them ... is also in your hands! Going through the challenges of life in a better or worse way, the obstacles with courage, strength, determination and with dignity get out ... well, you choose how you want to take your life from now on ... going through tough times is something that we all go through ... today, tomorrow, or several times in life ... the question is how I wish to do it? Suffering more or less? Complaining and not doing anything? Keeping yourself on the same path that leads you to anger? Or choosing the best you can and having the dignity to face those which you cannot change?Allow you to be human, suffer, let your worries out,,change, change your life, say that you feel anger, that you were upset…but always take action and change your behavior toward the events ...Life is too short to spend it regretting or blaming yourself for this or that ... give yourself permission to be human and live every moment ... and cry when you need to feel anger ... yes, if you do something wrong, but just change your path ... do not hold grudges, pain, resentment ... if you can talk ... talk ... if you cannot get out of this harm as soon as possible...You make your way ... and if, at some point you just cannot change anything ... have your moment of reflection to recover your energies ... small pleasures that recover ... a beautiful song, a walk in the park, a moment of silence ...Life is there and you already know that your sculpting your marble is your mission ... it may not be a David as Michelangelo’s, but it's in your hands to do the best you to let your ducts free of emotions and flow with the emotions!!I hope you can learn that you can feel anger, fear and sadness, and that you can get rid of these feelings so they won’t harm life even more!

And as the prayer says .“God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,The courage to change the things I can,And the wisdom to know the difference”..

Breathing deeper ... give yourself a few minutes start awakening from this meditation and peace ... cleaning all your sufferings ... and think ... what am I complaining about my life in recent times? ...What can I change? Change attitudes, tasks ...What I cannot change, but I can have patience to wait ... because everything passes on...

Keep in mind you are the sculptor of the marble of your life…

Breathe calmly ... A moment of reflection ... and will be returning slowly ... very alert and wide awake ... life is changing ... slowly but start to give your first step now!

4- Induction BE THE AUTHOR OF YOUR LIFE!(changes, rituals, change just a little, smile, Jacinto)

Stop for a moment ... breathe calmly ... close your eyes and let yourself go inside of you , seek for another moment of reflection…As you learn to breathe a little more slowly, your heart can tell your brain that everything is okay ... remember that when you breath in a more calmly breathing in and out 5 times , your heart tells your brain by the bundle of nerves that connect them, that all is well with you! ...Just breathe like this,slowly ... going inside of you seeking peace in your heart ... pursuing being the author of your life ... one moment after another ... one breath after another and everything will be putting into its place… your slower breathing ... can tell your heart with this new pace of recovery which is good ... heart tells your brain and releases beta endorphins, the antidote of noradrenaline and cortisol, stress hormones that undermine your life inside , your organs ... your peace of mind ...A moment of silence, just listening to music softly ... (put on soft music) ... let yourself go inside of you, seek balance ... a little peace ... recovery ... well being in the middle of nowhere ... free of judgment... pressing the pause button of the bad or complicated things... breathe calmly, enjoying and learning with every word I'm saying ... with your wise body that learns to rest and discard everything that is bad for you! Feel your heart opening to another exercise of meditation, hypnosis, or relaxation, as you want to call, it does not matter ...What really matters is that you can be the AUTHOR of your life! BE AUTHENTIC to yourself and so the only AUTHORITY , you are the boss of you! Notice the little words and imagine them now ... I will speak slowly ...Author ...Authentic ...Authority ...They all begin with the same prefix ... Au ... they all say the same thing ... to be the owner of your life, create your life, be what you really want to be! And so you will be the master of yourself! ...As you breathe ... feel author of your life ... authentic with your deepest desires ... the authority of yourself! ... Author ... authentic ... authority...Breathe your life ... feel like you really are.... your qualities, your strengths, your deepest desires ... and see you can be the master of your own life!Complain like the sandwich guy your whole life will not be the solution ... but you can start making small changes ... very small things that can make a big difference! Remember what we talked about the ice ... ice turning into water just one degree and there you go! Water turns into ice and vice versa! ... You can start to doing things you didn’t do before ... in small steps slowly changing...!Researches about happiness show that it is very difficult to change! That to be born with discipline is very rare ... but we can all change our lives ... and very slowly just start in small steps ... steps that we can accomplish...

How? ... Simple ... creating small new rituals that change our routine, our attitudes and that will change the course of our journey our whole life!Breath and let you imbue these new ideas ... change gradually, little rituals ... how?Creating goals! Yes.. Think of something you want to do, or to be soon ... I think about dividing in small steps until you achieve your desired path....A difficult battle can be divided into smaller conquests new territories or allies ...If is difficult to divide to conquer ... Rituals can be introduced gradually ... one or two a month to get used ...But start now, when we're done here ... your change starts now, because most that do not start the process and only thinks about changing, complaining like the sandwich man, will not move! Is that what you want for yourself ... just stand there?? Come on ... take a deep breath think about the changes to reach your Ideal Self.. the qualities you want to model some in particular, your life forces ...and let it come to your mind the goals you can achieve... remember small changes make big differences! If you want to be less irritated, you may need to slow down the rhythm of work ... start allowing yourself to have a lunch break and relax ... or listen to music for 10 minutes every day ... and then maybe in one or two months a free afternoon ... in a year, a day off for your precious activities ! ... you can create little rituals within your planning…When we finish this meditation, hypnosis ... you can make your rituals planning ...Start breathing calmly and letting in a new life in you! An inspiration of a new era begins now! ... The era of BEING EVEN MORE HAPPY! It's in your hands to be the author of your new life ... carve your David in marble of life! ...Once upon a time, Jacinto was a very unhappy gnome…he wanted to be a person! But he was born a Gnome, he wanted to be big and be human and so he cried and moaned all the time ...Until one day, he took action, tired of moaning, he went looking for his master ... crossed the entire forest crying and moping to be gnome ... and when he arrived, he asked the master to turn him into human! The master told him to look back and see the trail he left in every tear that he droppedin the forest ... and asked him to imagine what would happen if he learned to smile and went home smiling instead of crying ... the changes that could happen were ready within him, but he would need to change attitudes ... and the Master asked him to smile on the way back ... Jacinto followed his orders and back, gave her first smile ... pluft! Came a leg ... we smiled again! And pluft! Another leg ... we smiled again, came an arm, smiled again, another arm! ... When he got home, he had already turned into a human! ...What about you? Will you change your attitude, will take a new stance and make a small change by creating a ritual that you take can do? Or will you be crying and moaning your way through life?!It's your time, make a difference ... breathe, think carefully ... what changes I want to make, how do I divide and conquer? ... What can I start now??Rumor Has It ... today ... I can eat half, exercise twice as much and smile three times more and my life will surely change!

Start imagining small steps to get used ... nothing big, possible things and make a difference to BE EVEN MORE HAPPY!I'm here by your side, helping you conquer every step, helping you to be grateful, to see the beautiful side of life, to enjoy every bit of life ... a seeker of happiness (benefit finder)! ... Be you the author of a new life ... you can change ... just practice every day ...Breathing calmly ... give yourself a moment of silence to reflect ... what can I change now? ...

Calmly bring yourself back with peace in your heart ... well alert and willing to make your path more authentic!

5- Induction of FLOW (Have meaning, purpose in life, pleasure and strenght) For a moment, stop, press your pause button and give yourself time ... you already know how to breathe gently ... let yourself go within , dream with your IDEAL SELF, the one you are seeking day by day through your changes ... small changes that are making a difference in your life .. . and you start to notice ... the freedom to be authentic ... the freedom to be human , learning how to make mistakes so you won’t have to learn only by them ... and the new path of wellbeing you have been conquering so ... so many good things! 6- Induction of GoalsFor a moment let’s stop everything and focus on your ideals ...Close your eyes, breathe deeply ... like you already know ... 5 times inspiring life and well being ... 5 times releasing fears, anxieties, disappointments and all the emotional garbage that can disturb you ... let yourself go deep in your peace ... just feel your body and your breathing, your heart provides the rest ... calm ... calm down your mind ... your heart knows how to do it better than you think ... let you breathe, then, get into a calm pace ... and the rest of your balancing your heart does it very well ...While your basic functions are adjusting to a good moment of relaxation and reflection ... you will hear me ... learning ... enjoying and TRANSFORMING the content of my words in what you want the most ... CHANGE ... really change ...We know that changes are not easy, they require some effort from us... but a good effort, for our own good ... brings joy, peace of mind and the best is the result of the change we so desire ...To achieve this, we need to rethink this time what are your goals? That's right ... that's right ... enjoying and learning that you can do much more We want your idealistic side can create a new reality well based so you can live better... so think what changes you can already do now? ... Meditate, listen to 10 minutes of music ... eat 3 fruit every day… rest at lunch time... have 8 hours of sleep, make yoyr gratitude journal ... thank, praise others, exercise 3 times a week ...Feel that you can change ... now ... make that commitment to you ... tell people that you are changing ... when we talk about our plans make a public commitment ... and we achieve it more easily .. .because we let everybody know ... our personal ethics makes a difference...So ... imagine ... take some time and just imagine yourself changing now ...Also ... to make changes in the medium and long term ... we can see some prerogatives ...remember a positive past, so, where you got to change and was successful ...imagining a future is fantastic ...your IDEAL SELF...that you want so much to achieve ...make roots to a commitment with this wish ... tell everyone, to friends, tell your plans ... it helps to keep a commitment ...... and so from now on action! Authentic actions, doing whatever must be done ... and thus change and TRASFORM YOUR LIFE! ...So ... let's do it ... let it come to your mind future plans ... medium and long term goals ...

This is a special moment so you can buy time ... yes, time, life, Recovery! ...Close your eyes and let yourself breathe slowly ... feeling the air going in and out ... a lightness of body and mind ... a delightful moment of recovery and peace ..Going deep inside yourself with every breath, find inside your heart a small spot to stay there in silence, just listening to some wise recovery advices...give yourself a moment in silence listening to music, and recovering your breath slowly. No hurry.. letting yourself go, deeper and deeper into your well being… Breathing life, peace...The wiser say .. LIFE IS SO SHORT! ENJOY THIS MOMENT! This is absolutely right! ...Are we going to enjoy life only when we are old? Or can we, day by day, enjoy every moment with joy? ... But the gift of this moment ... to live ... there is an American psychiatrist research Irvin Yalom, that talks about terminal cancer patients, that when they found themselves in that situation, wondered why they did not take the life before, and were only in the hectic rush of making money, success, status, financial position

So...besides that, other research shows that very busy mothers, that besides taking care of their children have a lot of other things to do when you are home with the kids, like send emails, answer messages, develop works and more household chores, besides their children ... what they like the least is to stay with their children!! Imagine this situation?! Poor things, what price they are paying! They love and they value their children, but it’s what gives them less pleasure!!!

And life passing by... going ... just going away ... youth ... energy ... joy ... wellbeing ... and everything else!What is the ultimate currency for those who are only running, who do not have time to live ... just chasing success, money ...But breathe and relax ... this is the way ... LESS IS MORE ... learn what you can do less and be happier! ... on researches we have seen that success really comes when you do something with more joy and flowing with your abilities... a tired person does not yield wellDid you know that you can yield up to 80% of what we have to do in 20% of our better time? Yes, chose a part of the day that you are more productive and on this part of the day, produce the most ... you are able to produce up to 80% over this time! Use the best way possible ... but do not abuse… a student needs to sleep to memorize well ... a mother must stay with their children and play with them ... and only then, work ... choose and take moments to do things that you like too ... think about it now ... what you do you really like to do and you don’t have enough time? For chasing success and money was what we learned since we were children in our society ... but now, we still have time to learn that the ultimate currency of HAVING success, money, being the best ... may not be so good, you can end up. Stressed out, depressed and even alone without joy! ...Breathing and thinking while I'm thinking out loud here for you ... let yourself feel deep in my words ... BEING IS BETTER THAN HAVING...PHYSICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH may worsen as a result of stress. Eventually decrease productivity and creativity!
