North East of England. Methods are in place to reduce waste and

Be Modern hold full Forest Stewardship Council® chain of custody

certification, your guarantee that all timber products used in our

furniture come from responsible sources.

FSC® labelled products are made with consideration for people,

wildlife and the environment.

The FSC labels guarantee that the products are produced from

controlled and recycled materials, that are harvested are replaced or

allowed to regenerate naturally and parts of the forest are protected

entirely, in order to protect rare animals and plants.

GUARANTEES & CONDITIONSDAMAGES & RETURNS

All products should be inspected upon delivery and any damages must

be reported within 3 working days. Products are sold on a supply only

basis and the guarantee does not cover installation costs incurred due

to any product faults which would have been evident at the time of

delivery. For the return of unwanted, non-faulty products, a re-stocking

charge of 20% applies.

GUARANTEES

Due to our outstanding manufacturing facilities Be Modern proudly

offer a lifetime guarantee.

The lifetime guarantee covers manufacturing and material defects of

furniture products only. It does not cover sanitaryware, handles, taps,

mirrors, lights or any electrical or moving components. It does not cover

normal wear and tear, which naturally and inevitably occurs as a result

of normal use and the products must be installed, used and cared for in

accordance with our fitting and care instructions.

To activate the guarantee, the original purchaser of the product must

complete and return the registration card which can be found inside

your furniture installation pack, alternatively you can register online at

www.atlantabathrooms.com/lifetime-guarantee.

The guarantee, which applies to the UK only, is limited to domestic use

of the products and to the original homeowner. The guarantee is non-

transferable between homeowners.

In the unlikely event that the product fails within the stated guarantee

period, we will offer a replacement or replacement parts (or nearest

equivalent). Liability is limited to individual products and does not cover

consequential loss, damages or further installation costs involved.

Any guarantee claims should be made in writing to the Customer

Service Department enclosing a copy of the original invoice.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Ceramic sanitaryware and cast mineral basins are covered by a five year

guarantee against manufacturing and material defects. Toilet seats

come with a one year guarantee.

Mirrors, including those on mirrored doors (excluding illuminated

mirrors), are covered by a five year guarantee against manufacturer and

material defects.

Brassware is covered by a five-year guarantee on mixer and filler bodies

and one-year on internal moving parts. Cisterns, sprung pop-up wastes

and shower kits carry a one-year guarantee. Please note that customers

will be referred to the cistern manufacturer to resolve any issues with

cisterns.

Electrical fittings and components together with illuminated mirrors are

covered by a one-year guarantee, excluding tubes and bulbs.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

FURNITURE

All timber finishes are wood effects. Although great care is taken in

choosing matching finishes there may be some variation due to the

different materials, suppliers, batches and manufacturing processes used.

The apparent colour of finishes may also vary under different lighting

conditions, especially under artificial light.

CERAMIC SANITARYWARE

Due to the nature of materials and production processes the dimensions

of ceramic items may vary within a tolerance of +/- 5%. The surfaces

of ceramic products may contain imperfections. Sanitaryware may carry

branding from relevant manufacturers.

CAST MINERAL BASINS

Cast basins are designed and guaranteed to be used with hot water

up to a maximum temperature of 65ºC. This temperature must not be

exceeded. Due to the nature of materials and production processes the

dimensions of cast mineral basins may vary within a tolerance of +/- 2%.

INSTALLATION

Wall mounted furniture is supplied with substantial mounting brackets.

The installer must provide suitable wall fixings dependent on the type

and condition of the wall, however secondary fix will be required on

the unit by the installer. It is important that a waterproof sealant is used

on cut or raw edges and particular attention should be given to areas

around the basin and bath.

BASINS

The use of taps with pop-up waste controls are not recommended with

Atlanta Editions basins.

COLOUR REPRODUCTION

Colour reproduction is as accurate as possible within the limitations of

the printing process. Also note colours will vary under artificial light.

ALTERATIONS TO MATERIALS & SPECIFICATIONS

The Be Modern Group policy is one of continual improvement and

development, we therefore reserve the right to alter materials and

specifications without notice.

DELIVERY EXCLUSIONS

24 hour express delivery is unavailable in the following postcode areas:

AB10-16, AB21-40, All IV, KW1-14, PA21-38, PH15-41 and LL58-59.

Instead we offer a 2-3 day delivery service in these areas.

GUIDELINES FOR CARE AND MAINTENANCE

FURNITURE AND MIRRORS

Wipe up spills and condensation immediately with a clean damp cloth.

We recommend that furniture be cleaned with a damp cloth. Avoid

using cleaners or polishes that contain abrasives, solvents, acid or

ammonia.

CAST MINERAL BASINS

Clean with a damp cloth, water and soap or very mild detergent, rinse

and polish with a soft cloth. Avoid using cleaners that contain abrasives,

solvents, acid or ammonia. Do not use caustic soda or bleaches. Full care

instructions are included with the washbasin.
