Prepare 1. Fill the Activator with room temperature water to the ¾ red line
Tasty dose (optional): Instead of water, you may use any low calorie juice like cranberry. Or, add flavor packet to the water
2. Add a scoopful of the formula last (only after adding the liquid and optional flavor)
3. Close immediately and shake vigorously to turn the formula into the Gastric Capacity Reduction “red mixture.” It is NOT yet ready to be consumed
4. Refrigerate the Activator (with the formula) overnight, 5 hour minimum, to be fully activated and effective

0 Wake up As you wake up: take the Activator (white container) from the refrigerator. The Gastric Bypass ALTERNATIVE™ formula should be activated (thick and cold).
Swallow a spoonful of the formula followed immediately by a sip of water. Each spoon should hold only as much formula as as you feel comfortable consuming. One dose consists of the entire white Activator, even if it will take awhile.
You may now have a decaf hot drink as your stomach has a limited capacity. You should have NO HUNGER for the next 4 hours. Note that it might take your body 12 days to adjust to the new regimen.
2 hours later Take the red pill and drink a bottle of water within the next 30 minutes.
2 hours later Eat your first meal while serving yourself only half portions of what you normally eat. Chew VERY SLOWLY. Wait 30 seconds between each bite. You can now train your stomach to feel satisfied after the first few bites.
From here on food is ONLY to sustain your body and NO LONGER a source of “satisfaction”. Actually, think of food as your enemy, the cause of your health issues and shortening your life.
4 hours later Take a second reinforcement red pill. You may have a snack though you should not feel hungry now.

Last meal (minimum of 3 hours before falling asleep) A minimum of 3 hours before you fall asleep, enjoy your last meal of the day. Make it healthy and chew SLOWLY with 30 seconds between bites. No more food intake past that moment. For the rest of the evening drink water only.
Example: if fall asleep at 11pm, you will be done with any food intake by 8pm
During the regimen, you can lose 2 to 4 lbs during the night (weigh yourself at night and in the morning to be amazed). This rule can help you lose 5 to 15 lbs a month.
Keep a journal. Weigh yourself as you wake up (after you went to the bathroom and before consuming the formula dose)

With limited stomach capacity, you need to serve yourself much smaller food portions. During the regimen, eat very slowly and wait 30 seconds between bites. You will be amazed how little you need to eat to feel satisfied.
Remember: your stomach is already occupied with the Gastric Bypass ALTERNATIVE™ formula so when you eat more than small portions you will be stretching your stomach. That is counter productive to your goal of shrinking the stomach muscle.
While eating, you can not immediately feel the effects of overeating which impact you about 30 to 60 minutes after you have finished your meal. Aside from overly stretching your stomach you might feel a bloated stomach, gases or diarrhea.
That is, you can only eat in a span of 9 hours from your first food intake of the day till

the last food intake. The dose in the morning does not count as a meal.
Expect to urinate more during the night while on the regimen which will reduce your weight by about 1 lb for each urination (16 oz).
To maintain the Gastric Bypass Effect, you need to drink at least 6 bottles of 16 oz (1012 glasses) of water throughout the day. Not drinking enough water can cause dehydration, headache or other complications.
Shock your body into “light and fit.” When exercising, your body releases endorphins that energize your mood, relieve stress and boost your selfesteem.
You can lose another 0.5 lb during the 8th hour of your sleep. Check it by weighing yourself before you fall asleep and again when you wake up.
Cheeses, milk, yogurt etc. can cause bloating stomach, gases or even diarrhea. Dairy is also very fattening and is counterproductive to your healthy weight goal. Replace milk with the healthier almond milk.
AVOID all fried or greasy foods (hamburgers, french fries and all fast type fried foods). They cause a bad reaction with the regimen such as gases or diarrhea.
AVOID / limit caffeine as it intensifies cravings and can be destructive to the regimen. Caffeine drinks such as coffee, soda and some teas increase cravings and are counterproductive to your weight loss goal. Caffeine suppresses leptin, a hormone responsible for increased metabolism of fats and satiety. Decaf coffee and tea are ok to drink.
