And if he (Muhammad SAW) had forged a false saying concerning Us (Allh swt), We surely should have seizedhim by his right hand (or with power and might), And then certainly should have cut off his life artery (Aorta),

And none of you could withhold Us from (punishing) him. [ Haqqah (69) : 44-47 ]

Say (O Muhammad SAW): "(But) the things that my Lord has indeed forbidden areAlFawhish (great evil sins,every kind of unlawful sexual intercourse, etc.) whether committed openly or secretly, sins (of all kinds),

unrighteous oppression, joining partners (in worship) with Allh for which He has given no authority, and

saying things about Allh of which you have no knowledge." [ Araf (7) : 33 ]

And among mankind is he who disputes concerning Allh, without knowledge, and follows every rebellious(disobedient to Allh) Shaitn (devil) (devoid of each and every kind of good). [ Hajj (22) : 3 ]

Allh) , Bending his neck in pride (far astray from the Path of Allh), and leading (others) too (far) astray from

the Path of Allh. For him there is disgrace in this worldly life, and on the Day of Resurrection We shall make

him taste the torment of burning (Fire).[ Hajj (22) : 8-9 ]

And indeed We have put forth every kind of example in this Qur'n, for mankind. But, man is ever more

And say not concerning that which your tongues put forth falsely: "This is lawful and this is forbidden," so as toinvent lies against Allh. Verily, those who invent lies against Allh will never prosper.

Those who dispute about theAyt(proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allh, withoutany authority that has come to them, it is greatly hateful and disgusting to Allh and to those who believe. Thus

does Allh seal up the heart of every arrogant, tyrant. (So they cannot guide themselves to the Right Path).

And follow not (O man i.e., say not, or do not or witness not, etc.) that of which you have no knowledge (e.g.one's saying: "I have seen," while in fact he has not seen, or "I have heard," while he has not heard). Verily! The

hearing, and the sight, and the heart, of each of those you will be questioned (by Allh). [Isra (17) : 36]

And most of them follow nothing but conjecture. Certainly, conjecture can be of no avail against the truth.Surely, Allh is All-Aware of what they do. [ Yunus (10) : 36]

While they have no knowledge thereof. They follow but a guess, and verily, guess is no substitute for the truth.

And if you obey most of those on earth, they will mislead you far away from Allh's Path. They follow nothingbut conjectures, and they do nothing but lie. [ An'am (6) : 116]

O you who believe! Avoid much suspicions, indeed some suspicions are sins. And spy not, neither backbite oneanother. Would one of you like to eat the flesh of his dead brother? You would hate it (so hate backbiting) . And

fear Allh. Verily, Allh is the One Who accepts repentance, Most Merciful. [ Hujurat (49) : 12]

Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Shall We tell you the greatest losers in respect of (their) deeds? "Those whoseefforts have been wasted in this life while they thought that they were acquiring good by their deeds!

commanded that you worship none but Him (i.e. His Monotheism), that is the (true) straight religion, but most

which you have named - you and your fathers, with no authority from Allh? Then wait, I am with you among

those who wait." [Araf (7) : 71]

I wish not, incontradiction to you, to do that which I forbid you. I only desire reform so far as I am able, to the best of my

power. And my guidance cannot come except from Allh, in Him I trust and unto Him I repent. [Hud (11) : 88]

And when it is said to them: "Follow that which Allh has sent down", they say: "Nay, we shall follow thatwhich we found our fathers (following)." (Would they do so) even ifShaitn (Satan) invites them to the torment

of the Fire. [Luqman (31) : 21]

When it is said to them: "Follow what Allh has sent down." They say: "Nay! We shall follow what we foundour fathers following." (Would they do that!) Even though their fathers did not understand anything nor werethey guided? [Baqarah (2) : 170]

Nay! They say: "We found our fathers following a certain way and religion, and we guide ourselves by theirfootsteps." [ Zukhruf (43) : 22]

And when it is said to them: "Come to what Allh has revealed and unto the Messenger (Muhammad SAW forthe verdict of that which you have made unlawful)." They say: "Enough for us is that which we found our

fathers following," even though their fathers had no knowledge whatsoever and no guidance. [ Ma'idah (5) :

Bnvw`MK wY AwM-kvw `vI| Avj vn ewjeb, cZKi Rb wY iwnqvQ, wK Zvgiv Rvb bv|- Zvnvìc~eewZMY cieZ xw`MK ewje, Avgvì Dci Zvgvì Kvb kZ bvB, myZivs Zvgiv Zvgvì KZKg i kvw Avv`b Ki| [Avivd (7) : 38, 39]

(Allh) will say: "Enter you in the company of nations who passed away before you, of men and jinns, into theFire." Every time a new nation enters, it curses its sister nation (that went before), until they will be gathered all

together in the Fire. The last of them will say to the first of them: "Our Lord! These misled us, so give them a

double torment of the Fire." He will say: "For each one there is double (torment), but you know not."

The first of them will say to the last of them: "You were not better than us, so taste the torment for what youused to earn." [Araf (7) : 38, 39]

And those who disbelieve say to those who believe: "Follow our way and we will verily bear your sins," never

will they bear anything of their sins. Surely, they are liars. [Ankabut (29) : 12]

See you not how Allh sets forth a parable? - A goodly word as a goodly tree, whose root is firmly fixed, and itsbranches (reach) to the sky (i.e. very high). [Ibrahim (14) : 24]

And it has already been revealed to you in the Book (this Qur'n) that when you hear the Verses of Allh beingdenied and mocked at, then sit not with them, until they engage in a talk other than that; (but if you stayed with

them) certainly in that case you would be like them. Surely, Allh will collect the hypocrites and disbelievers all

together in Hell. [Nisa (4) : 140]

And if you (O Muhammad SAW) ask them: "Who has created the heavens and the earth," they will certainly say:"Allh." Say: "All the praises and thanks be to Allh!" But most of them know not. [Luqman (31) : 25]

And indeed if you ask them, "Who has created the heavens and the earth?" They will surely say: "The All-Mighty, the All-Knower created them." [Zukhruf (43) : 9]

And if you ask them who created them, they will surely say: "Allh". How then are they turned away (from theworship of Allh, Who created them)? [ Zukhruf (43) : 87]

everything (i.e. treasures of each and everything)? And He protects (all), while against Whom there is no

protector, (i.e. if Allh saves anyone none can punish or harm him, and if Allh punishes or harms anyone none

can save him), if you know." [Tafsir Al-Qurtub, Vol. 12, Page 145] They will say: "(All that belongs) to Allh."Say: "How then are you deceived and turn away from the truth?" Nay, but We have brought them the truth

they remove His harm, or if He (Allh) intended some mercy for me, could they withhold His Mercy?" Say :

"Sufficient for me is Allh; in Him those who trust (i.e. believers) must put their trust." [Zumar (39) : 38]

sets up partners in worship with Allh, then Allh has forbidden Paradise for him, and the Fire will be his

And that was Our Proof which We gave Ibrhim (Abraham) against his people. We raise whom We will indegrees. Certainly your Lord is AllWise, AllKnowing. And We bestowed upon him Ishque (Isaac) and Ya'qb(Jacob), each of them We guided, and before him, We guided Nh (Noah), and among his progeny Dawd

(David), Sulaimn (Solomon), Ayub (Job), Ysuf (Joseph), Msa (Moses), and Hrn (Aaron). Thus do We

reward the gooddoers. And Zakariy (Zachariya), and Yahya (John) and 'Iesa (Jesus) and Iliys (Elias), each one

of them was of the righteous. And Ism'il (Ishmael) and Al-Yas' (Elisha), and Ynus (Jonah) and Lout (Lot),

and each one of them We preferred above the 'Alamn (mankind and jinns) (of their times). And also some of

their fathers and their progeny and their brethren, We chose them, and We guided them to a Straight Path. This

is the Guidance of Allh with which He guides whomsoever He will of His slaves. But if they had joined in

worship others with Allh, all that they used to do would have been of no benefit to them.

with Zulm (wrong i.e. by worshipping others besides Allh), for them (only) there is security and they are the

And most of them believe not in Allh except that they attribute partners unto Him [i.e. they are Mushrikn -polytheists - see Verse 6: 121]. [Yusuf (12) : 106]

Eat not (O believers) of that (meat) on which Allh's Name has not been pronounced (at the time of theslaughtering of the animal), for sure it is Fisq (a sin and disobedience of Allh). And certainly, the Shaytin

(devils) do inspire their friends (from mankind) to dispute with you, and if you obey them [by making Al-

Maytatah (a dead animal) legal by eating it], then you would indeed be Mushrikn (polytheists) [because they

(devils and their friends) made lawful to you to eat that which Allh has made unlawful to eat and you obeyed

them by considering it lawful to eat, and by doing so you worshipped them, and to worship others besides Allh

is polytheism]. [An'am (6) : 121]

disbeliever. [Zumar(39) : 3]

Allh has promised to the believers -men and women, - Gardens under which rivers flow to dwell thereinforever, and beautiful mansions in Gardens of'Adn (EdenParadise). But the greatest bliss is the Good Pleasure

of Allh. That is the supreme success. [ Taubah (9) : 72]

And invoke not any otherilh (god) along with Allh,L ilha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He). Everything will perish save His Face. His is the Decision, and to Him you (all) shall be returned.

And We have sent down to you (O Muhammad SAW) the Book (this Qur'n) in truth, confirming the Scripturethat came before it and Mohayminan (trustworthy in highness and a witness) over it (old Scriptures). So judge

between them by what Allh has revealed, and follow not their vain desires, diverging away from the truth that

has come to you. To each among you, We have prescribed a law and a clear way. If Allh willed, He would have

made you one nation, but that (He) may test you in what He has given you; so strive as in a race in good

deeds. The return of you (all) is to Allh; then He will inform you about that in which you used to differ. And sojudge (you O Muhammad SAW) between them by what Allh has revealed and follow not their vain desires, but

beware of them lest they turn you (O Muhammad SAW) far away from some of that which Allh has sent down

to you. And if they turn away, then know that Allh's Will is to punish them for some sins of theirs. And truly,

most of men areFsiqn (rebellious and disobedient to Allh). [ Ma'idah (5) : 48, 49]

Verily, We did send down the Taurt (Torah) [to Msa (Moses)], therein was guidance and light, by which theProphets, who submitted themselves to Allh's Will, judged the Jews. And the rabbis and the priests [too

judged the Jews by the Taurt (Torah) after those Prophets] for to them was entrusted the protection of Allh's

Book, and they were witnesses thereto. Therefore fear not men but fear Me (O Jews) and sell not My Verses for

a miserable price. And whosoever does not judge by what Allh has revealed, such are the Kfirn

(i.e. disbelievers). [Ma'idah (5) : 44]

Or have they partners with Allh (false gods), who have instituted for them a religion which Allh has notallowed. And had it not been for a decisive Word (gone forth already), the matter would have been judged

And (O Muhammad SAW), follow the inspiration sent unto you, and be patient till Allh gives judgement. AndHe is the Best of judges. [ Yunus (10) : 109]

from the earth (Adam), and when you were fetuses in your mothers' wombs. So ascribe not purity to

yourselves. He knows best him who fears Allh and keep his duty to Him [i.e. those who are Al-Muttaqn].

rapidly, and (He created) the sun, the moon, the stars subjected to His Command. Surely, His is the Creationand Commandment. Blessed be Allh, the Lord of the 'Alamn (mankind, jinns and all that exists)!

The woman and the man guilty of illegal sexual intercourse, flog each of them with a hundred stripes. Let notpity withhold you in their case, in a punishment prescribed by Allh, if you believe in Allh and the Last Day.

And let a party of the believers witness their punishment. (This punishment is for unmarried persons guilty of

the above crime but if married persons commit it, the punishment is to stone them to death, according to Allh'sLaw). [ Nur (24) : 2]

And they (Arab pagans) wonder that a warner (Prophet Muhammad SAW) has come to them from amongthemselves! And the disbelievers say: "This (Prophet Muhammad SAW) is a sorcerer, a liar."Has he made the

liha (gods) (all) into OneIlh (God - Allh). Verily, this is a curious thing!" [ Sad (38) : 4-5]

its implication is general to all mankind), or you will sit down reproved, forsaken (in the Hell-fire). [Isra (17) :

Have you (O Muhammad SAW) seen him who has taken as his ilh (god) his own desire? Would you then be aWakl(a disposer of his affairs or a watcher) over him? Or do you think that most of them hear or understand?

They are only like cattle; nay, they are even farther astray from the Path. (i.e. even worst than cattle).

And thus have We sent it (the Qur'n) down to be a judgement of authority in Arabic. Were you (O MuhammadSAW) to follow their (vain) desires after the knowledge which has come to you, then you will not have any Wal

And keep yourself (O Muhammad SAW) patiently with those who call on their Lord (i.e. your companions whoremember their Lord with glorification, praising in prayers, etc., and other righteous deeds, etc.) morning and

afternoon, seeking His Face, and let not your eyes overlook them, desiring the pomp and glitter of the l ife of the

world; and obey not him whose heart We have made heedless of Our Remembrance, one who follows his own

lusts and whose affair (deeds) has been lost. [ Kahf (18) : 28]

And of mankind are some who take (for worship) others besides Allh as rivals (to Allh). They love them asthey love Allh. But those who believe, love Allh more (than anything else). If only, those who do wrong

could see, when they will see the torment, that all power belongs to Allh and that Allh is Severe in

punishment.

When those who were followed, disown (declare themselves innocent of) those who followed (them), and theysee the torment, then all their relations will be cut off from them. And those who followed will say: "If only we

had one more chance to return (to the worldly life), we would disown (declare ourselves as innocent from)

them as they have disowned (declared themselves as innocent from) us." Thus Allh will show them their deeds

as regrets for them. And they will never get out of the Fire . [ Baqarah (2) : 165-167]

And whoever of you does so, then he is one of the Zlimn (wrong-doers, etc.). Say: If yourfathers, your sons, your brothers, your wives, your kindred, the wealth that you have gained, the commerce in

which you fear a decline, and the dwellings in which you delight are dearer to you than Allh and His

Messenger, and striving hard and fighting in His Cause, then wait until Allh brings about His Decision

(torment). And Allh guides not the people who areAl-Fsiqn (the rebellious, disobedient to Allh).

You (O Muhammad SAW) will not find any people who believe in Allh and the Last Day, making friendshipwith those who oppose Allh and His Messenger (Muhammad SAW ), even though they were their fathers, or

their sons, or their brothers, or their kindred (people). For such He has written Faith in their hearts, and

strengthened them withRh (proofs, light and true guidance) from Himself. And We will admit them to Gardens

(Paradise) under which rivers flow, to dwell therein (forever). Allh is pleased with them, and they with Him.

They are the Party of Allh. Verily, it is the Party of Allh that will be the successful. [Mujadilah (58) : 22]

justified. So travel through the land and see what was the end of those who denied (the truth). [Nahl (16) 36]

Allh is the Wal (Protector or Guardian) of those who believe. He brings them out from darkness into light.But as for those who disbelieve, theirAuliy (supporters and helpers) are Tght[false deities and false leaders,

etc.], they bring them out from light into darkness. Those are the dwellers of the Fire, and they will abide

thereof (i.e. worship Allh Alone, repent to Him and avoid Tght, etc.) those are (the ones) whom Allh has

guided and those are men of understanding (like Zaid bin 'Amr bin Nufail, Salmn Al-Frisi and Ab Dhar Al-

No change let there be in Khalqillh (i.e. the Religion of Allh Islmic Monotheism), that is the straight

Forbidden to you (for food) are: Al-Maytatah (the dead animals - cattle-beast not slaughtered), blood, the fleshof swine, and the meat of that which has been slaughtered as a sacrifice for others than Allh, or has beenslaughtered for idols, etc., or on which Allh's Name has not been mentioned while slaughtering, and that

which has been killed by strangling, or by a violent blow, or by a headlong fall, or by the goring of horns - and

that which has been (partly) eaten by a wild animal - unless you are able to slaughter it (before its death) and

that which is sacrificed (slaughtered) onAnNusub(stone altars). (Forbidden) also is to use arrows seeking luckor decision, (all) that isFisqun (disobedience of Allh and sin). This day, those who disbelieved have given up

all hope of your religion, so fear them not, but fear Me. This day, I have perfected your religion for you,

completed My Favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islm as your religion. But as for him who is forced

by severe hunger, with no inclination to sin (such can eat these above-mentioned meats), then surely, Allh is

Truly, the religion with Allh is Islm. Those who were given the Scripture (Jews and Christians) did not differexcept, out of mutual jealousy, after knowledge had come to them. And whoever disbelieves in the Ayt

(proofs, evidences, verses, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allh, then surely, Allh is Swift in calling to account.

Do they seek other than the religion of Allh (the true Islmic Monotheism worshipping none but Allh Alone),while to Him submitted all creatures in the heavens and the earth, willingly or unwillingly. And to Him shall

they all be returned. [Imran (3) : 83]

And We have sent down to you (O Muhammad

SAW

) the Book (this Qur'n) in truth, confirming the Scripturethat came before it and Mohayminan (trustworthy in highness and a witness) over it (old Scriptures). So judge

between them by what Allh has revealed, and follow not their vain desires, diverging away from the truth that

has come to you. To each among you, We have prescribed a law and a clear way. If Allh willed, He would

have made you one nation, but that (He) may test you in what He has given you; so strive as in a race in good

deeds. The return of you (all) is to Allh; then He will inform you about that in which you used to differ.

And this (submission to Allh, Islm) was enjoined by Ibrhim (Abraham) upon his sons and by Ya'qb(Jacob), (saying), "O my sons! Allh has chosen for you the (true) religion, then die not except in the Faith of

Islm (as Muslims - Islmic Monotheism)." [Baqarah (2) : 132]

O you who believe! Fear Allh (by doing all that He has ordered and by abstaining from all that He hasforbidden) as He should be feared. [Obey Him, be thankful to Him, and remember Him always], and die notexcept in a state of Islm (as Muslims) with complete submission to Allh. [Imran (3) : 102]

After this, it is you who kill one another and drive out a party of you from their homes, assist (their enemies)against them, in sin and transgression. And if they come to you as captives, you ransom them, although theirexpulsion was forbidden to you. Then do you believe in a part of the Scripture and reject the rest? Then what is

the recompense of those who do so among you, except disgrace in the life of this world, and on the Day of

Resurrection they shall be consigned to the most grievous torment. And Allh is not unaware of what you do.

And on the Day when We shall gather them all together, We shall say to those who joined partners in worship

(with Us): "Where are your partners (false deities) whom you used to assert (as partners in worship withAllh)?" There will then be (left) noFitnah (excuses or statements or arguments) for them but to say: "By Allh,

our Lord, we were not those who joined others in worship with Allh." Look! How they lie against themselves!

But the (lie) which they invented will disappear from them. [An'am (6) : 22-24]

And say: "The truth is from your Lord." Then whosoever wills, let him believe, and whosoever wills, let himdisbelieve. Verily, We have prepared for the Zlimn (polytheists and wrong-doers, etc.), a Fire whose walls

will be surrounding them (disbelievers in the Oneness of Allh). And if they ask for help (relief, water, etc.)

they will be granted water like boiling oil, that will scald their faces. Terrible the drink, and an evil Murtafaq

(dwelling, resting place, etc.)! [ Kahf (18) : 29]

[ nv 22:11] And among mankind is he who worships Allh as it were, upon the very edge (i.e. in doubt); if good befalls him,

he is content therewith; but if a trial befalls him, he turns back on his face (i.e. reverts back to disbelief after

embracing Islm). He loses both this world and the Hereafter. That is the evident loss. [ Hajj (22):11]

And of mankind is he who purchases idle talks (i.e.music, singing, etc.) to mislead (men) from the Path of Allhwithout knowledge, and takes it (the Path of Allh, the Verses of the Qur'n) by way of mockery. For such there

will be a humiliating torment (in the Hell-fire). And when Our Verses (of the Qur'n) are recited to such a one,

he turns away in pride, as if he heard them not, as if there were deafness in his ear. So announce to him a painfultorment. [Luqman (31) :6-7]
