THe exTrACTIOn BASeMenT fOr yOur PrePArATIOn AreABaseTron, the vehicle repair work station, is an extraction basement used during the filler and primer preparation phase.It measures 8 x 4 metres, letting the operator prepare the vehicle with filler and undercoat in a comfort-able and optimal way, but most importantly with enough space to move around.With its Power Turbo fan and the specific air balancing allowed by the two-level flooring, BaseTron al-lows for perfect sanding and over-spray dust abatement.BaseTron has a sleek and innovative design, at once modern and coordinated with the rest of Symach equipment and ShopLine furniture line; it comes in 6 different colours, with countless customisation options for the customer.BaseTron can be used as a preparation and spraying zone (in the countries where the law allows it); using flydry for drying, besides the preparation zone, it can turn into a spot and fast repair station.

BaseTron always comes with a base for in-floor installation.BaseTron base correctly supports the Power Turbo unit, the floor grid and, if necessary, even the Car-mover rails.

floor grids are supported by omega-shaped beams arranged in a longitudinal direction with respect to base and independent supporting legs.

Carmover rails, if necessary, are recessed into the grid so as to obtain a level walkable surface with-out interruptions or protrusions.

electrical panel and keyboard are located on the external front panel of the Power Turbo fan unit. Operator selects the work programme from the keyboard.

Once the daily programme has been selected, the BaseTron software controls the preparation area with no need for the painter to switch the fans on and off manually as required by the different work phases throughout the day. The software automatically recognises the operation carried out by the operator at any given time and automatically launches the appropriate programme.

The outer covering of Power Turbo unit is made from “Covertop” ABS moulded panels secured to the chassis with suitable plastic clips. It can be opened and closed allowing users to implement the electrical or pneumatic systems as needed. The Covertop panel comes in six different colours that can be combined at will. Symach focused on innovat-ing the design of the Basetron compared to traditional preparation areas, so as to offer customers a customisable, functional, stylish product with minimalist design lines, easy to install and replace.

LOOK AT THE FUTURE

Alarm devicesThe software controls all alarm devices monitoring their efficiency at all times and alerts operator to abnormal events through a warning light and acoustic warning. The software also constantly monitors filter clogging and alerts opera-tor to the need for filter change at each power-on.

Software controlsThe software also allows the user, for each programme, to modify the ventilation percentage and automatically bal-ance it according to filter clogging.
