Responsible for maintaining Client records for a number of Hedge Funds.
Managing investors relations and provide a constant line of communication between the investors
and the Hedge Fund.
Processing and distributing investor statements monthly, ensuring accurate reporting.
Strong knowledge of FATCA and ensuring investors are fully compliant within IRS guidelines.
Book and review investor transactions and the transferring of funds accordingly.
Maintain a strong relationship with the Fund Investment Manager.

Customer Service/Sales Representative, O2 Telefonica, Co. Limerick, Ireland Feb ’12-Jan ’13
(O2 Telefonica is one of the largest European telecommunications companies and is one of two market
leaders in Ireland. It employs approximately 1,800 employees with 1.6 million customers in Ireland. I was
originally a customer service representative but after only four months I was selected to be part of a newly-
formed and highly successful sales and retentions team due to my high level of performance.)
Responsible for dealing with customers suspended for suspected fraudulent behavior. Assess the
particular situation suspected of fraud and advise the customer why they are suspended and how it
can be rectified.
Responsible for retaining customers thinking of leaving O2 by promoting the benefits of being an
O2 customer and showing what sets O2 apart from the competitors. Provide value to the customer
whilst retaining the highest profitability for the business.
Required to meet a sales target of 60% retention every month. Met and surpassed monthly
individual goals whilst also aiding fellow team-members to meet our targets.
Elected save champion which required me to liaise with a member of the customer care team
providing advice and information for the new sales team. Sat in on customer care team meetings to
discuss any issues that might have arisen and relay back monthly retention scores and ensuring

(Fexco is a fast-growing Irish based financial services company that employs 1,300 employees. My role
within Fexco was as a customer service representative for Bord Gáis. Bord Gáis is the main supplier of
natural gas in Ireland. It has a customer base of over 1 million.)
Managed customer queries for both gas and electricity
Administered payments, managed new customers and customers leaving Bord Gais.
Accounting Operations, Allied Irish Bank, Dublin, Ireland Jan‘09-Sept ’09
(Allied Irish Bank is the largest commercial bank in Ireland with a workforce of 24,000. I was employed
here as part of my college degree.)
Responsible for the processing and final approval of staff expenses. I was responsible for ensuring
all expense forms were signed by both the employee and the correct manager and that the signature
matched the mandate. If there were any discrepancies I would ensure that all the correct procedures
were followed before approving the payment of expenses
Processed general AIB expenses ensuring invoices and receipts matched the payments made.
Developed my computer skills, numerical skills, and gave me an in-depth knowledge on how large
companies operate and especially how the financial industry operates.
