Upon arrival, explore Barceloneta and the Olympic Port on a guided Barcelona by bike tour. (B,D) FEB 13, 2015: BARCELONA Panoramic morning sightseeing with a local guide includes a photo stop outside the Sagrada Familia and Parc Guell. Later discover the Gothic Quarter with your tour manager, including entrance to the Cathedral of Santa Eulàlia. (D) FEB 15, 2015: MADRID In the morning your local guide highlights Madrid’s most important sights on a panoramic bus tour of the city. See the city’s historic neighborhoods and famous landmarks before finishing at the renowned Prado where you will view paintings by El Greco, Goya and Velázquez as your guide provides commentary via personal headsets. During your free afternoon perhaps visit the Retiro Park or explore the Barrio de las Letras. After dinner this evening appreciate the sweet culinary sense of the madrileños as you visit a famous churreria, for a churros y chocolate dessert.
