OP1 Goldenknowes (400 homes, community facilities, leisure and retail units)• Masterplan was agreed in 2015 (amended 2019) for the whole site.

• Full Planning Permission has been approved for 94 homes on part of the northern half of the site.

• Construction has commenced on the 94 homes.

OP2 Colleonard Road (200 Homes)• A Masterplan is required for this site.

• The site has a ‘gateway’ role to be factored into the site layout and design, and an opportunity to include tree planting to link Lusylaw Wood and Wrack Wood.
