Blue-collar nostalgia. Industrial aesthetic. Waterfront liveliness. Baltimore’s bustling new Harbor East district epitomizes a vibrant work-play environment. The Laureate Building bridges the gap between the neighborhood’s mixed-use vitality and much needed traditional office space – and it does so without sacrificing the subtle architectural detailing and inspired industrial design aesthetic that characterizes the waterfront neighborhood.

Combining brick and cast-stone detailing with stainless steel accents distinguishes the Laureate Building’s exterior; a sophisticated glass-and-metal curtain wall feature transforms the top two levels into an iconic backdrop.

At street level the lobby opens to a tree-lined avenue in the heart of Harbor East, while the seventh floor opens to a lush, landscaped roof garden which continues across to the adjacent hotel.

This twelve-story structure features six floors of office space above four levels of structured parking, and accommodates approximately 25,000 square feet of ground floor retail.

The building’s facade blends principals of new urbanism with Baltimore’s robust industrial past.

In a district with a wide range of lifestyle options, the Laureate Building has established itself as an architectural and experiential Harbor East highlight.

Located between Fells Point and Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, the Laureate Building bridges historic architectural styles with the chic new Harbor East water-front district spirit.
