• Padma means Lotus. • In this asana, the posture of the legs is like a lotus

flower, so it is called Padmasana.

Benfits:• Your mind becomes stable and focused.• Happiness becomes your natural way of life.• Glow in your face increases. • Life-force increases.• There will be tremendous improvement in your

Discussion: Child-Parent

• Father asked his child, why did you fail. Didn’t you prepare well. The child replied, father what can I do, the student sitting close to me don’t know anything , that’s why I failed.

Lesson to be learnt: Students who do not pay attention to their studies

fail and on top of that they give improper answers to their parents, they never succeed in their life.

Those who listen to Guru’s words and our holy scriptures and adopt them in their lifes, they will definitely succeed in their life !!! .. Om..Om..Om.

• Holy River of India• When taking bath, recite the mantra (That is

equal to taking snan in Ganga):

OM HREEM..GANGAYE…OM HREEM SWAHA

• If you are taking bath with cold water, first pour it on your head, then on the whole body. This way heat in your head will flow down through your feet...
