OverviewBakken Village is a master planned community located in the thriving economic center of Williams County, North Dakota. An attractive mix of housing, retail, and amenities, The Village will provide a long-lasting economic stimulus to the region and increase area residents’ quality of lives for years to come. The current lack of quality housing will be alleviated, with a mix of housing opportunities from affordable apartments, duplexes, and single-family homes to spacious rural ranch homes.

The surrounding environment evokes a feeling of living on the North Dakota native prairie, yet is close to the conveniences of a larger metropolitan center with commercial opportunities such as retail shopping, entertainment venues, department stores, dining, and local events all located within the community. The commercial center of activity is further enhanced by the Village Square, providing public events such as farmers markets, art shows, concerts, and regional celebrations.

Natural amenities abound with fishing, hiking, biking, trails, golfing, archery, and a water park all located within the landscape and along the picturesque Little Muddy River.
