1. DESCRIPTION ET COMPOSITION OVERVIEW AND CONTENTS

Ce dispositif B.A.E.P permet l’arrimage d’un câble Ø 7 à18mm et l’épanouissement sur 6 gaines ou tubes. Il est composé de :1- un capot de fermeture du dispositif avec

vis de verrouillage,2- un support de base,3- un collier de blocage câble d’entrée

(Ø 7à 11mm),4- un collier de blocage câble d’entrée

(Ø 9 à 14mm),5- un collier de blocage câble d’entrée

(Ø 14 à 18mm),6- une vis de fixation du goujon du B.A.E.P,7- un goujon,8- un clip de montage rapide,9- un peigne de sortie pour la fixation de

6 tubes ou gaines Ø5 mm (bloolite),10- un support OMEGA,11- une vis M3x5 mm et une rondelle anti-

perte Ø3mm de fixation du support OMEGA.

1. Tighten and lock the pin (1) with the fixing screw (2), using a flat wrench no. 6.

2. Insert the clip (3) in the hole (4) on the OMEGA support.

2. Insérer le clip (3) dans la lumière (4) prévue sur le support OMEGA.

1. Dénuder la gaine du câble sur une longueur fonction du matériel à raccorder. Pour les câbles à structure tubulaire laisser une longueur de 10mm en sortie de câble. Prévoir 1,20 m de fibre nue dans la cassette d’épissurage.

2. Couper les aramides souples en laissant une longueur de 80mm en sortie de câble.

1. Strip the sheath of the cable over a length depending on the equipment to connect. In case of cable with tubular structure, let a lenght of 10mm from the output of the cable. Leave 1.20m of bare fibre in the splice tray.

2. Cut the flexible aramids yarn and leave a length of 80mm at the cable output.

ORIENTATION DU COLLIER DE SERRAGE: La vis du collier doit être légèrement inclinée sur le dessus du câble.

ORIENTATION OF THE TIGHTENING COLLAR: The screw of the collar must be slightly angled on the top of the cable.

Passer les aramides souples entre le câble et le support base (1), puis les bloquer à l’aide de l’un des colliers de blocage (2).

Slide the flexible aramid yarn through the window of the joint board (1), then block their with one of the locking collars (2).

1. Position the OMEGA support (1) on the support plate (2).

2. Insert the P.F.C.B on the guiding leg (3), then engage the pin into the clip (4).

1. Mettre en place le support OMEGA (1) sur la plaque support (2).

2. Insérer le B.A.E.P. sur la patte de guidage (3), puis rentrer le goujon dans le clip (4).

5. MISE EN PLACE DES TUBES INSTALLATION OF THE TUBES

1. Aiguiller les micromodules dans les tubes 5mm, puis insérer les tubes dans le peigne de sortie (deux micromodules par tubes pour le câble 144 fibres).

2. Compléter par des tubes vides si nécessaire de façon à toujours avoir 6 tubes en sortie.

1. Guide the micro-modules into the 5mm tubes, then insert the tubes in the output comb (two micro-modules per tube for the 144-fibres cable).

2. Top up with empty tubes if necessary, so as to have 6 output tubes.

Bloquer les tubes dans les peignes (1) du B.A.E.P en laissant 20 mm.

Block the tubes in the combs (1)of the P.F.C.B. by leaving 20mm.

6.2. Fermeture du capot Closing the cover

Placer le capot, le maintenir dans l’alignement de la base et serrer la vis de verrouillage (1) à l’aide d’un tournevis plat.

Take the cover and hold it aligned with the base, then tighten the locking screw (1) using a flat-head screwdriver.
