Alexander Workshop Afternoon for Back-in-Action Staff Was Most Excellent

Our recent afternoon workshop with Richard Marsden, our Alexander practitioner, was very interesting, practical and relaxing. We all learnt a lot about posture and began to learn how to stand, sit and move in a way that really reduces the stress we carry. We would highly recommend the Alexander Technique to all our patients. Richard does 1:1 sessions on Tuesday mornings and regular weekend workshops.

So please can we ask for your patience until everybody knows what they are doing and the computer system is behaving itself!
