Applicant Requirements 1.1 Applicants must have completed high school or passed an equivalent high school standard test or be currently in their final year of high school (Grade 12 in the US system or Year 13 in the British system). 1.2 Applicants must submit all of the following three documents in which at least 2 out of the 3 score results must meet the requirements. 1.2.1 A high school transcript or its equivalent with a minimum GPAX of 3.25 1.2.2 Applicants must achieve the prescribed minimum score in anyone of the following English Proficiency tests: • TOEFL (Internet Based) • IELTS • CU-TEP & Speaking not lower than 83 not lower than 6.5 not lower than 104 or or 1.2.3 Applicants must achieve the prescribed minimum score in anyone of the following Mathematics tests: • SAT I (Maths) not lower than 630 or • CU-AAT (Maths) not lower than 600 or • Grade "A" in Mathematics at A-Level or • Grade "A" in Mathematics in the Australian Entrance Exam or • Grade "A" in any other Mathematics test accepted and approved by EBA 1.3 Applicants who meet only 2 out of the 3 requirements from item 1.2 must still achieve the 'minimum score in the third requirement as follows: 1.3.1 A high school transcript or its equivalent with a minimum GPAX of 2.75 1.3.2 One ofthe following English Proficiency test scores: • TOEFL (Internet Based) not lower than 61 or • IELTS not lower than 6.0 or • CU-TEP & Speaking not lower than 76 1.3.3 One of the following Mathematics test scores: • SAT I (Maths) not lower than 550 or • CU-AAT (Maths) not lower than 520 or • Grade "B" in Mathematics at A-Level or • Grade "B" in Mathematics in the Australian Entrance Exam or • Grade "B" in any other Mathematics test accepted and approved by EBA 1.4 The official score report of the tests in 1.2.2 and 1.2.3 or 1.3.2 and 1.3.3 is valid only when the tests were taken not more than two years prior to the application deadline.

2. Application PackageApplicants must complete the application form in full and ensure that all information given istrue and correct. All application forms must be accompanied by the following:

• One I-inch photograph• Academic transcript(s)• Qualification documents according to item 1• Enrolment certificate (only for those who have not yet fulfilled all

requirements for a high school diploma/certificate)• A copy of the applicant's passport

3. Evaluation CriteriaEligible applicants will be evaluated on the basis of all three requirements and an interview.The weighting assigned to the three requirements is as follows:

• High school cumulative grade point average (GPAX)• English proficiency test scores• Mathematics test scores

4. EnrolmentIn order to be eligible to enrol at Chulalongkorn University, applicants must havesuccessfully completed an upper secondary or high school education. Applicants whohave graduated from international schools in Thailand that have been accredited by theMinistry of Education may use their school transcript or diploma. In all other cases, theyneed to obtain an equivalent certificate from the Ministry of Education.
