Baby Greens Omelet
Need a little pick-me-up in the morning? Try this greens-packed omelet from Dr. Travis Stork’s book, “The Lose Your Belly Diet: Change Your Gut, Change Your Life”. The asparagus is optional, but adds a nice crunch and is a great way to combat a night of drinking.

Ingredients
Olive oil cooking spray1/4 cup diced white or red onion 1 cup chopped spinach or kale leavesThinly sliced asparagus, optional
2 medium eggsDash dried basil or chopped fresh basil
Directions
1. Coat a small skillet with cooking spray. Over medium-high heat, sauté onions, greens, and asparagus, if using, until tender.
2. In a glass bowl, scramble eggs and pour over the vegetables. Sprinkle basil over egg mixture and stir slowly while cooking. Flip and cook to desired doneness.
