Upgrading meatThe GEA RecoScreen is available with both slit filters for deboning(separation of meat from (soft-) bones) and hole filters fordesinewing (removal of sinews and skin).
Controlled, low-friction processThe use of a pump means the GEA RecoScreen processing wormhas only stirring and filter cleaning functions, leading to lowfriction and minimal temperature increase. The yield is accuratelycontrolled by adjusting the pump speed and outlet. The GEARecoScreen is provided with a pressure sensor that automaticallystops the equipment when the product flow is too low.
OptionsThe GEA RecoScreen is standard executed with an open filterhousing but a closed filter housing is also possible. In addition tothe ranges of hopper and motor sizes, the list of options includesa feeding wing in the hopper, hot water jacket on discharge pipe,dismantling trolley and sensors for minimum and maximumlevels.
In addition to standard setups GEA FS provide a series ofcustomized linesolutions, containing 2 step systems for soft andhard separation in combination with Multitrack Fat analyzer.
