Dr.KLP public school is one of the best schools in guntur providing ample opportunities for the students to learn and explore. Returning to school as an alumni after 25 years made me realise how lucky i was to be a part of the school that still holds true to its principles and ambitions. I am Vamsi Krishna Annavarapu, a loyal KLPian from the 2012-13 batch. Currently,

I am pursuing my Masters in Germany. I am working on Fluid Dynamics on High-

Performance Computing using Super Computers. I am also working on Vehicle

Dynamics in a company Engineered4Solutions with major clients like Audi and

BMW.

Sometimes in life, it is best to take a step back and look at the big picture. With all the

demands and commitments that life can put on a person, sometimes the essence of

education from a place that has given strong roots for the position we are in should

always be remembered. Education is an essential part of our lives. School serves as the

first learning place. Similarly, in my life, it was the first spark in receiving an all-round

development. I feel blessed to study in one of the most prestigious and esteemed

schools of the city, Dr. K.L.P Public School. I don’t call it a school, it's my second

home where I have the privilege to visit it at any time in my life.

Concerning geography, I would like to recollect my school by dividing it into two parts the front field and the

backfield. The front part is where I got to learn the most important basics of my life whereas in the backfield, i.e

the school ground, for which the school is famous for, is where I got the chance to stay fit. Teachers, school mates,

school bus, canteen, playground, etc. I enjoy the nostalgia in writing these.

Let me be honest, I was a hyper-active, super mischievous student during my school days. The first thing I learned

during my schooling was humility. A school is a place where we get to learn values. One can get to learn any

subject with private tuition but not character and values. I joined KLP in my 8th grade, whereas my classmates

were there from earlier but till date, I was never treated as a new student. School has adopted me so well that I

never felt alone.

I am a motivational speaker by interest, most of the stages I have delivered speeches I always had a common

question at the end. “Where have you done your schooling?” at that moment I felt proud of my school and felt

privileged that I got to study in such a school which has encouraged talent and shaped every student’s future to the

individual capability. I strongly believe that co-education is a good platform where we get to know more about

other students. The kind of atmosphere created, the freedom given by the school was and I believe till date was by

the students with a broad and mature mind. This kind of mentality and individual temperament was shaped by my

school.

It’s obvious that everyone likes their school, but when KLP students speak to others, I have observed that some of

the students felt that they had some void in their schooling. This sums up the perfectly balanced education, sports,

extra-curricular activities, team events, etc were given to every student. Stress-free education, freedom to think and

express one’s views are some of the positives I felt during my schooling.

After 2013, I have been quite a few times to the school, I am still treated as a school student by the teachers and

management. I am a bit jealous about the consistency of my teachers still show towards every student even after

we pass out. This kind of behavior, attitude towards students is not something which is trained, this is a natural

instinct of every teacher who joins KLP!

Lastly, I would take every time to thank my school for providing me with a skill set that can be used at any time in

my life. I would thank my parents for joining me in Dr. K.L.P Public School, I am always grateful to my teachers,

management for providing me a great platform.
